Dejligt udendørs bassin
Pros:

Jeg elsker bassinet med vand fra en varm kilde og udsigt over den gamle by med varme kilder i smukke arkader, Når det bliver for varmt kan man køle af i 34 grader ved siden af. Omklædningen og saunaområdet er svært at finde rundt i, men fint udvalg af saunaer. Wellness i kælderen er ok, men kan ikke sammenlignes. God morgenmad, udover almindeligt udvalg er der fx boghvedegrød, da det også er til helseophold. Dejlig varm balkon sidst i april.

Cons:

Mærkelig indretning af værelse. Tilkøbt aftensmad lidt kantineagtigt. Hotellet er det absolut grimmeste i en smuk by, men velfungerende.

Ein schönes zentrales Hotel mit schönem Wellnessbereich
Pros:

Der Wellnessbereich war sehr gut. Die Möglichkeit das Auto direkt am Hotel für einen vertretbaren Preis zu parken.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen ist zuviel gesagt, aber es wäre schön ein paar mehr vegane Optionen beim Frühstück anzubieten, die auch klar als Vegan ausgezeichnet sind.

Die Lage vom Hotel gefällt uns super. Wir waren schon mehrmals hier.

Cons:

Leider sind Frühstück und Abendessen inzwischen sehr sparsam geworden. Man wird zwar satt, aber die Auswahl ist wirklich sehr klein. Besonders das Abendessen war enttäuschend – leere Speisenwärmer wurden oft erst spät nachgefüllt und man musste ständig warten. Die Syrniki zum Frühstück waren leider furchtbar, total gummiartig. Auch die „Frikadellen“ waren sehr seltsam – vermutlich aus Hähnchen, aber der Geruch war wirklich unangenehm.
An zwei Tagen war der Aufenthalt im Poolbereich sehr angenehm. Dort arbeitete eine freundliche dunkelhaarige Mitarbeiterin, die ständig den Boden trocknete und auf Sauberkeit achtete. Am letzten Tag hatten wir leider eine andere Mitarbeiterin dort (blond),während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts im Spa gab es ständig Hinweise und unangenehme Kontrolle. Uns wurde mehrfach gesagt, dass man mit Badeschlappen nicht in den Hamam darf und dass unser 9-jähriges Kind nicht einmal 5 Minuten mit seinem 16-jährigen Bruder im Pool bleiben dürfe. Gleichzeitig wurde der nasse Boden aber kein einziges Mal gewischt.
Dadurch wurde der Gesamteindruck leider komplett verdorben. Selbst die Kinder waren am Ende enttäuscht. Beim nächsten Mal werden wir uns leider für ein anderes Hotel entscheiden.

Klidné ubytování, krásné výhledy na město, s citem zrekonstruované pokoje. Skvělé mít župan na pokoji s přístupem do Wellness Saunia.

Cons:

V hotelu 4 hvězdiček bych očekávala jednorázové toaletní potřeby (šampon, sprchový gel, lotion) a třeba voda Mattoni na pokoji. Snídaně dostačující. Škoda, že se o hotel lépe nestarají - špinavá okna v celém hotelu, úklid na oko. Hotel má velký potenciál a stačilo by málo, aby působil útulněji.

Pros:

I had a wonderful time during my four-day stay here. To be honest, I could have easily spent much more time here. It’s in a great location, with its own “mini-waterfront” that’s always bustling with people, food stalls, souvenir shops, and occasional street musicians. The atmosphere is lively, with a pleasant buzz that dies down completely by evening. It’s very convenient. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk to the drinking fountains. Despite being farther away from other hotels with closer access to the water and restaurants, it’s easy to get to by car and has a large grounds. The covered walkway to the thermal pools is a definite plus. I visited during fairly cold weather (9–13 degrees), and I enjoyed bathing in the warm springs. There’s a casino; I’m not usually a regular there, but I liked it and had a good time. There’s also a movie theater and various events, though we didn’t attend any - but it’s clearly hard to get bored

Cons:

When I made the reservation, I booked a standard room, but based on the photos, I was expecting a deluxe room; if I’d known beforehand, I probably would have paid extra for the room I saw in the photos. The standard room itself is nice - it has some of the best soundproofing I’ve ever experienced, and it’s quite spacious - but the bed was too firm for me.
