Pros:

Die Lage und der Wellnessbereich so wie der Zugang zum Thermalbad hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Die Betten waren uns allen viel zu hart.

Do Thermalu, jezdíme několik let a jsme velice spokojení, jak s ubytováním, tak se službama

Cons:

Jediné co se nám na hotelu nelíbí, tak to jsou podzemní garáže, pokud přijedete větším SUV,.jako je třeba BMW X7, tak už máte velký problém se zaparkováním, ale stačí, aby jste přijeli Kodiqem, když jsou podzemní garáže zaplněné, tak už je problém se zaparkováním, jsou tam velice úzká parkovací místa. Doporučil bych udělat širší parkovací místa.

Úžasná termální voda.Okolí

Cons:

Škoda, že koupání v termálu nelze využít i v den odjezdu.Když nekoupíme příplatek 200,-kč/os v den pobytu,druhý den již nelze dokoupit.To trochu mrzí a kazí.

Velké zklamání
Pros:

Poloha hotelu, možnost využít wellness vč. bazénu.

Cons:

Parkování-dlouhé hledání místa na zaparkování, následně absence výtahu z parkoviště na recepci. Personál na recepci koukající do mobilů. Pozdravu a obsloužení jsme se dočkali až po té, co jsme my jako první pozdravili. U hotelu této cenové kategorie očekávám kvalitu i u snídaně-káva obyčejná, čaj Pickwick (za mě to není čaj), prosecco k snídani za příplatek. V koupelně bylo slyšet, co se děje ve vedlejší koupelně (a nemyslím jenom zvuky, ale zřetelně bylo slyšet, o čem si tam povídají).
Z rodinných důvodů jsme museli pobyt neplánovaně ukončit dřív a nikdo se ani neobtěžoval nabídnout kompenzaci. Prostě: “Ale máte zaplaceno do zítra a už odjíždíte?” Ani náznak… Pokud zase zavítáme do Varů, tak do Thermalu už nikoli. Velké zklamání.

Very nice hotel in the city centre.
Pros:

The thermal pool on the roof was amazing, even in the heat of the summer.
Breakfast was big and varied.
Room was comfortable, amazing view over the city.
Central location to explore the city!
Refrigerator in the room!
Friendly staff.

Cons:

The mattress was a bit hard.
16€ parking per night a bit expensive.

Pros:

Spa a přístup do bazenu.

Cons:

Přístup pracovníků v recepci při příjezdu, nemožnost koordinovat vodu při sprchování, velmi pomalu fungující klimatizace. Na pokoji při příchodu bylo 32 stupnů, za 4 hodiny stále 29...přes noc se podařilo zchladit pouze na 27-....To snad ani není funkční klimatizace. Voda tekla pouze horká čí studená, nemožno regulovat.
Vstup do bazénu byl pouze jeden na den příjezdu, druhý den již nutno platit. Toto jsem ještě při svém cestování nezažila. Při příjezdu dříve rovněž nutno zaplatit. Neuvěřitelné ve 4 hvězdičkovém hotelu. Opravdu smutná zkušenost.

Two-night stay in Karlovy Vary
Pros:

The accommodation met expectations in the summer. The outdoor and indoor pool area, included in the room price, is a great advantage of the hotel when traveling in the summer. The rooms offer a great view of Karlovy Vary. The hotel's location is also great, you can reach beautiful places in the old town on foot. Breakfast is very good. We also bought dinner additionally. Delicious food, a large selection for a really reasonable price.

Cons:

Otelde ne nerde çok karışık labirent gibi. Havuza girme sınırı 2 saat saçma. Birde yanlışlıkla kart kullanarak kapalı havuzun olduğu bölüme girip çıktık havuzu kullanmdık. Kartı bastığımız için kullanma hakkımız dolmuş olmuş. Ertesi gün kart kapıyı açmadı. Kat görevlisi kendi kartıyla soktu yardımcı oldu. Fakat daha sonra havuz görevlisi bayan bizi personel kartıyla girmişsinşz diye yakapaça içerden kovdu Anlatmamıza bile izin vermedi. Çok kabaydı. Odalarda terlik yoktu . Resepsiyondan istememiz gerekliymil bınu kimse söylemedi. Neden odadalarda yok anlamadım.

Perfekt für eine kleine Auszeit an einem Wochenende.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und das Frühstück mit einer riesigen Auswahl hervorragend.
Der Aussenpool war bei hochsommerlichen Temperaturen wunderbar und die zentrale Lage hat uns auch gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
