1. The parking slot is narrow
2. There's no elevator to get out from the parking so that you have to carry your baggage up through the stairs from -1 to the 0 level.
3. Dripping water from the parking ceiling damaged a car body.

War okay, aber würde ich nicht nochmal buchen.

Zimmer veraltet und abgewohnt. Personal teilweise sehr unfreundlich. Poolbereich sehr überfüllt und entsprechend schmutzig. An einem Tag gab es nicht einmal mehr Handtücher.

Pros:

Byli jsme zde již po několikáté a to jen kvůli wellness "Saunia". Bazén i saunový svět je fakt moc hezký a vždy nám to trochu napraví tu naštvanost na úroveň ubytování v Thermalu. Nebýt Saunie, tak bychom o Thermalu vůbec neuvažovali.

Cons:

Pokud bych měl hodnotit samotné ubytování, tak s ohledem na cenu vs. kvalitu služeb je to naprostá tragédie. Ve Varech je spousta jiných možností, kde se dá ubytovat za mnohem menší peníze s tím, že kvalita poskytovaných služeb je úplně někde jinde. Během tohoto pobytu jsme si připlatili za pokoj superior (12. podlaží). Ve standardu jsme byli asi 2x a myslím, že to odpovídá vybavením asi 2-3 hvězdičkám. Superior je o trochu lepší, ale vzhledem k rozdílu ceny to není žádná hitparáda. Snídaně slabé, většina stolů je rezervovaná a personál je naprosto neochotný. Druhý hotelový den jsme přišli na snídaní 2 dospělí + dítě v kočárku - restaurace byla plná, přehlédli jsme cedulku "rezervace" a servírka nás opravdu sprostě vyhodila. Po omluvě z mé strany a velmi slušné žádosti o pomoc s hledáním volného místa odvětila, že si máme sami najít stůl kdekoliv kde není "rezervace". Vzhledem k tomu, že jen postávala u sloupu, tak to opravdu nechápu. Jde vidět, že ten hotel je státní - soukromý vlastník by to takto nikdy nenechal.

Pros:

wir sind wiederholungstäter, kommen 2bis 3mal im jahr... immer wieder schön, der spabereich und bad gefallen uns sehr gut. die Lage ist top, man ist mitterdrin in der Stadt und kann alles gut zu Fuß erlaufen... das frühstück im Hotel lässt keine wünsche offen und das personal ist sehr flott und aufmerksam...

wie immer... eine flasche wasser auf dem Zimmer gehört heutzutage denke ich dazu...
