היה נחמד...אפשר לשפר - It was nice...it could be improved.

מלון מיושן אך טוב, מיקום מנצח, צוות אדיב, ארוחת בוקר עשירה, בריכות גדולות ונעימות.
Old but good hotel, a winning location, kind staff, rich breakfast, large and pleasant pools

גובה האמבטיה שיוצר בעיה גדולה לאנשים מבוגרים / נמוכים לא רק להיכנס אלא גם לצאת ממנה, אין ידית אחיזה והסיכוי להחלקה / נפילה גבוה מאוד, אין וילון / מחסום זכוכית למנוע מהמים להציף את הרצפה...
השעתיים "בחינם" בבריכות לכל יום אינה מאפשרת לצאת ולהיכנס שוב. אי אפשר לתכנן שעה בבוקר ושעה אחה"צ אם רוצים וחייבים לנצל את ה"מתנה" הזו ברצף.
החנייה במלון יקרה.
The height of the bathtub creates a big problem for older/short people not only to get in but also to get out of it, there is no handle and the chance of slipping/falling is very high, there is no curtain/glass barrier to prevent water from flooding the floor...
The two "free" hours in the pools each day does not allow you to get out and get in again. You cannot plan an hour in the morning and an hour in the afternoon if you want and must take advantage of this "gift" in a row.
Hotel parking is expensive.

Pros:

Удобно разположение на централно място, хубави реновирани стаи (на високите етажи), отлична храна. Хубави съоръжения на вътрешния басейн. Персонал - любезен и отзивчив. Получих и подарък от хотела за рождения си ден, което е много приятен жест. Откритият паркинг е удобен и има достатъчно места.

Cons:

Подземният гараж не е в добро състояние, прекалено е нисък, има доста влага. Не го използвахме.

Super odpočinek
Pros:

Jezdíme každé léto, snídaně výborné, postele pohodlné. Nejvíce nás baví pobyt v bazénu, pro nás opravdu odpočinek 😊

Хорошее местоположение, если Вы путешествуете на машине. Парковка за отдельную плату, но это стоит того, что не нужно искать место для машины.
Хороший завтрак.

Cons:

Не открываются окна. Кондиционер не спасает от духоты. Спать было некомфортно.

Красивый номер с восхитительным видом на город и закат. Есть все необходимое в номере, включая халат для термального бассейна. Немного маловато мест для хранения вещей, но на 3+4 дня нормально. Мне был дествоват матрас, но персонал на ресепшене постарался сделать все возможное - по моей просьбе принесли топпер. Да и в принципе любые вопросы помогали решать. Может и мелочь, но мы забыли зонтик и мы смогли взять на ресепшене отельный для прогулки. Персонал отзывчивый и приятный
Чистый, новый и полупустой (сколько раз там были) релакс спа в самом отеле (в него доступ неограниченный). В стоимость номера включен доступ на 2 часа в термальный бассейн - теплый, открытый, со множеством зон типо джакузи. Нам было достаточно этого времени для посещения.
Завтраки отдельный разговор - вкусные, разнообразные (каждое утро есть несколько новых блюд), множество посадочных мест, включая трассу на улице.

Cons:

Единственный минус, с которым столкнулись - отсутствие пандуса и присутствие 5 ступенек на центральном входе. Была с мамой, которая ходит с ходунками и каждая прогулка сопровождалась неудобствами. Также сложно было подняться при заезде с чемоданами.
