Pros:

A wonderful hotel with a pleasant atmosphere and comfortable facilities. Everything is clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We had a truly enjoyable stay and would definitely love to come back.

The hotel is located a little outside the city center, but this is not an inconvenience, as it offers a complimentary shuttle service at scheduled times, making transportation easy and convenient.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we were not informed about the complimentary shuttle service at check-in and had to find out about it ourselves. Another unpleasant experience was a guest in the room next to ours who appeared to be intoxicated and was making noise throughout the night. We reported this to the hotel staff, but the disturbance continued until the guest left.

The whole experience was magical.

Cons:

The gym and the sauna was on a different building which I believe was not mentioned on the hotel’s description.
In the colder days, like when we went, it’s a bit of a turndown to walk in the freezing cold to the gym.

Pros:

Le raffinement, les différentes terrasses pour se ressourcer face au lac, la qualité du service, le confort, la qualité du petit déjeuner, le spa (privé pour une heure chaque jour) et la piscine; et la beauté de l'endroit.

Cons:

Qu'une des trois nuits, on ait oublié de préparer ma chambre et qu'il n'y ait eu aucun geste commercial après l'avoir signalé.

特別推薦一定要預訂早餐！早餐用餐空間非常漂亮，能在優雅的環境裡欣賞湖光山色，是非常愉快的體驗。酒店的 Principe Leopoldo Restaurant 也很值得考慮安排一頓正式晚餐。

酒店工作人員的服務親切而專業。尤其值得稱讚的是酒店提供火車站接駁安排，對於搭乘火車抵達盧加諾、攜帶大型行李的旅客而言，非常方便且貼心。

另外，推薦喜歡文學與自然風景的旅客，安排時間前往附近 Montagnola 的赫塞博物館（Museo Hermann Hesse），走訪赫塞曾經生活過的村莊與山間小路。這一帶的風景非常優美，值得慢慢探索。

酒店位於山丘上，雖然景色優美、環境寧靜，但如果沒有自行開車，往返市中心或火車站需要事先安排交通。所幸酒店提供接駁服務，只是這次預約的接駁車比約定時間晚到了17分鐘。建議旅客提前確認接駁時間與集合地點，並預留一些彈性時間。

這些都是相對小的缺點，並不影響整體愉快的住宿體驗。

The reception team, restaurant staff, and shuttle service were all amazing, welcoming, and very supportive. The hotel’s location, with its stunning lake views and beautiful scenery, is truly exceptional. An excellent overall experience.
