Pros:

Villa Principe Leopoldo was truly one of the best stays I have ever had in my life. We initially stayed for three nights and loved the place so much that we extended our stay for another four nights, making it a full seven-night stay.
The villa itself is beautiful, comfortable, and peaceful, but what made the experience exceptional was the hospitality and service. The staff were incredibly attentive and patient throughout our stay. Whenever we called for anything, our request was handled within minutes, often delivered right to our gate almost immediately. They cleaned our room as many times as we requested and provided all amenities with great care and professionalism.
They were always available, no matter the time of day, and helped us arrange cabs and cars whenever needed. A special recognition goes to Galin and Andreal, who were the most helpful during our stay. Their warmth, professionalism, and constant support made our experience even more memorable.
Every small detail was taken care of, which made our stay completely stress-free and unforgettable.

Es hat uns gut gefallen; die Aussicht ist aussergewöhnlich, das Personal sehr freundlich.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war sehr fein. An einem Tag war eine Reisegruppe am Frühstücks-Buffet was leider zu Engpässen geführt hat.

Cons:

Wir wurden leider nicht darüber informiert, dass sich das Preisverhältnis bei einem Musikanlass verändert.
