Cons:

The building needs heavy maintenance. Our patio door had the hardest time sliding to open and close it. We didn’t have a trash can and had to ask for one. Our soap dispenser was empty and had to get soap but couldn’t get it in the dispenser so I placed it in the counter to use. The faucet in the shower kept leaking no matter how many times I tried to adjust it. The stopper in the sink was broken and wouldn’t come up or down. The cover for the AC outside the room wasn’t on, it was placed beside it.

We will stay here again!
Pros:

Actually loved this property! Right on the beach. Balcony was awesome! The hotel smelled amazing every time we entered the building. A few things needed some upgrades but nothing to really complain about. The beds were comfortable and the sheets smelled amazing! So glad I didn’t pay attention to what others had said about the property.

Cons:

They do only have one elevator so that many it pretty challenging loading and unloading luggage to the vehicle. Our bath tub faucet never stopped leaking the entire time. We couldn’t hear it so it didn’t bother us but it did leak. The toilet also didn’t refill after flushing but we knew how to fix that ourselves so we didn’t complain about that either. Everything was fine and we had a great trip!!

Stressful and just disappointing
Pros:

The location at this point is not even worth it

Cons:

The toilet did not work, room was very dated and old. Not a lot of closet space. Very tiny bathroom.
Spoke to George and he was very rude with me on the phone and he hung up on me. No customer service skills. 100% undertrained to handle customer complaints. Will never recommend due to the disrespect shown to me.

I liked the service; the staff were very attentive and friendly. I loved the kitchen, dining area, and bathroom—they were comfortable and had exactly what’s needed for a couple's getaway.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable, but everything else was very good—the bathroom, kitchen, and dining area were excellent and had exactly what was needed. My room was a "Deluxe" and excellent, but I couldn't sleep well because of the bed; it was hard, and I could feel the springs.
