Pleasant friendly staff in an older style hotel with basic amenities
Pros:

The parking garage was small but it was cool being 1 min walk from my vehicle. Also the location is close to the beach and lots of restaurants.

Cons:

Originally I wanted ground floor on beach side with a patio but after arriving and the first night lots of traffic on the boardwalk of people . They pleasantly moved us up to the second floor and the balcony gave us a little more sense of privacy

Pros:

I liked that it was ocean front... I liked how nice the staff was

Cons:

The pool was the size of A jacuzzi, the inside reminded me of prison! It is in bad need of A make over! The rooms are out dated! The mattress was very thin so I could kinda feel the springs, the over head bathroom light worked when it wanted to! It just wasn't very appealing for the money I paid!

Disappointing and Overcharged
Pros:

Location was great . The view excellent. The beach was awesome. The staff was friendly

Cons:

Broken toilet which they promised to fix daily. When I would ask for help they would promise to do this soon. The toilet we were flushing with water in a waste basket, finally fixed the last day.
Balcony door was very difficult to open. Never fixed. On the balcony the air conditioner was open and very rusty.
The swimming pool is heated which doesn't make much sense the hot days of August
Due to transportation error we missed the first day Did not check in until day two. Booked room for extra day Gave us no consideration for the day we were not there. The cost for the first three days was $460.54 and the cost for day four was $336.32. Very disappointed as my first vacation in many years.

Good choice for those on a strict budget. Has its pros and cons but overall for a short stay it’s good.
Pros:

The view and the staff at the front desk. It is also in a good location for stores and beach.

Cons:

The building showed its age. There was rust throughout some of the areas in the bathroom. Could tell where something was replaced but not actually repaired. For instance the door knob for the balcony original had a bigger door knob but was replaced with a smaller one. It was not completely sealed where the previous door knob sat.

Incompetent staff, worst hotel experience I've ever booked, and never saw the room.
Pros:

Absolutely nothing. No restaurant, not even a comfortable lobby when waiting hours for the room we never got.

Cons:

Booked days before. Waited in lobby three hours, being told every 30 minutes that housekeeping hadn't finished. Requested a refund at 7 PM; were told to contact Booking.com, who said it was non-refundable. That statement was nowhere when booked. Never was refunded, though Seaview offered a 10% discount on a future stay--their failed attempt at humor, no doubt. Stay away from this place. It's operated by bandits.

Bien situé..trop chère pour l'offre.. besoin d'un sérieux investissement pour remettre en bon etat
Cons:

Propreté des lieux inadéquate. Ascenseur désuet. Aucune ventilation AC dans l’hotel. Porte brise néon qui marche pas. Fuite d'eau a l'évier cuisine.
