Seaview Hotel

If i didn't have to run down and smoke if I could have atleast smoked on balcony but I understand

First room that they put us in the floors were soaked and it was covered in mold and a housekeeper was just chilling in there when we walked in. Took too long for them to give another room which was also dirty, rusty and moldy. Maintenance got an attitude when I was talking to my friend about the situation, not even addressing him. Hallways and elevator are like being in a sauna. Parking garage is scary. Lights are broken and hanging and the door to it doesn’t lock so anybody could come on in . Staff is unhelpful and oblivious. Just go somewhere else.

For the price and location they should take care of the property more… management are careless about our concerns. They give my wife and myself a room #604 to be exact, the bathroom was nasty, sink clogged and toilet broken with a water running noise. It was a nightmare, they didn’t try to help at all. Called them many times and nope, the desk girl Stephanie lied, by saying that it was the room, Bibiana the manager didn’t even care about us. I asked her for a 40% refund or a new room. She said, no I can only do 30% or you can just leave… like what the hell! Today September 13,2026, booking contacted me via email regarding the Seaview Hotel has not yet sent them the refund… it was a nightmare vacation experience… nope don’t let nobody else go trough this experience.

The space was too small

No breakfast was served

Rooms could use some renovation. But if you don’t mind an old carpet on the floor, it’s a great bargain.

The rooms are outdated. There was a roach crawling in our room on the TV stand. There was only one elevator and felt like it was on its last leg and the pool was very small almost like a kiddie pool. I would not stay here again. The rooms lol nothing like pictures on the add.

Amenities weren't up to par. Television was outdated and only had 8 channels. Mini fridge was also outdated. The outside of it was dirty. It was missing a door bracket inside. The tub was chipped and very slick. My Mom fell 3 times and injured herself. There was no in room safe for our belongings. The phone in room 305 didn't work and actually had a sticker that said 303. Pictures of the lobby and parking deck on the hotel website are not correct. The lobby did not have multiple drink stations. Only one and the beverages inside were not refrigerated. The parking deck was difficult to navigate and narrow which was not presented in the photos. The air conditioning did not have proper draining resulting in a puddle on our balcony. Also a popcorn machine was present but not in operation. Not being warned that fireworks would be happening at 10:30 pm the nights of our stay caused disruption to our sleep on night one.

The overall facilities were not very clean and very hot! The AC struggled and we needed a box fan just to be comfortable. Kitchen sink leaked horribly and there was not a full-size fridge as shown in pictures. The view was good, but the building sits back so you cannot see down the boardwalk. There is only 1 elevator and the parking access is not secure!

Room was ready before check in but wouldn't let us check in or pay $35 more. Had to carry our stuff in by hand not enough carts. Water had to turned off for awhile but was not notified.
