Could be better!!!
Pros:

I like that it was on the boardwalk, beautiful ocean view...

Cons:

The floor that we entered in on to catch the elevators. They were remodeling, some of the rooms their stuff was all out in the hallway. We had to step around and over it. Horrible paint smell.. Our bathroom ceiling looked like it was about to cave in on top of you, sitting on the toilet!!! Our bathroom sink drain plug. The little pull knob was missing. The draining took a long time to get it out.Because that knob is missing.. the rome did smell musty.. But i'm sure, because that's on the water...

Abysmal. Less than ideal
Pros:

It was oceanfront but not a good view

Cons:

The lack of response from the staff. Clogged sink the entire time. Dripping faucet the entire time. No linens when requested. Ice machine broken half the time. Only water in the complimentary drink station.

Pros:

Location, parking on site and 12 pm late checkout were nice.

Cons:

Coffee machine was out of the powder to make the milk drinks both mornings. One morning a drunk woman was sleeping in the lobby hallway neat the elevator and the staff did not ask her to leave.

Pros:

There was one particular staff who was simply amazing. He was helpful and nice. The view is spectacular ✨️ 👌

Cons:

I was told I had a pullout sofa and a dresser in both rooms, with 2 small fridges that I got. I had gotten two rooms with kitchenettes. I did not get that at all! I got only 3 drawers in each room for 6 people. My door to the outside balcony was broke and would not stay closed. So I battled bugs flying in. The kitchenette was broke all around, only 2 beds, my room was not set up at all with any amenities. I had to request things in order to even shower.

What i paid for is not what I got at all.

Overall, we had a great stay with friendly staff, a nice ocean view, and a family-friendly atmospher
Pros:

The customer service was great and everyone was very friendly throughout our stay. The heated indoor pool was perfect for kids, and the ocean view from the room was really nice. The room itself was clean, the shower water stayed super hot, and the location was convenient between 264 Eastbound and Westbound.

Cons:

There were a few minor issues in the room that looked like they had not been addressed since the hotel originally opened. The biggest downside was the parking deck height, since trucks over about 6’10” will not fit. They do have limited accommodations for a few larger vehicles, but parking could definitely be improved.
