Comfortable bed, on site restaurant bar with thoughtful staff, quiet room. Great flavorful salad for dinner (except chicken dry)
Chicken overcooked at dinner, breakfast stopped at 9 so I missed it (jet lag) 9:30 would have been great.
The location was convenient as I was going immediately to the airport in the morning. The shuttle was also useful and appreciated. The staff at the restaurant were wonderful.
The language skills of the front desk staff when I checked out could have been better. The patio furniture is weathered and worn.
Everything was clean. Staff was nice and good service.
The outlets were loose so it was hard to charge our phones. As well as some just did not work.
The entire hotel was beautiful, clean, and the service was impeccable. Kym at the front desk was incredibly accommodating.

I stayed at this hotel for a month, and it was a wonderful experience. From the service, amenities, and overall hospitality made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
One thing I really appreciated was the 3:00 PM check-in and 12:00 PM check-out, which is more generous than what many other hotels offer.
What truly made our experience special, though, was the shuttle service and the amazing shuttle drivers. Lay, Melvins, Shaq, Ahad, Syed, the two Erics, and Timmie were all incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating. They were always willing to assist us whenever I needed help, and their kindness made me feel welcomed throughout my stay.

Power driver, Lay, both took us to the Baltimore airport and picked us up after our trip to the Midwest. We had a lot of baggage, and at the start a lot of people to fit the vehicle. He was very accommodating, friendly, and made what could’ve been a stressful experience and enjoyable one.
