I was able to catch the shuddle bus to the airport. I left my car at the hotel for $15 per day. When I returned from my trip the shuddle bus came to the airport and took me back to the hotel. The shuddle service was excellent.
No complaints
Comfy airport hotel. Parts looked a little frayed around the edges. Had both dinner and breakfast. Both were really good and the service at the restaurant was great.
The hotel was clean, the wait for the elevator was short. The bed was very comfortable. I really liked the darkening curtains that were in the room.
The hotel overall was very good. I wish the room had a small refrigerator. The staff leads a little to be desired. There was confusion during check-in. There was a language barrier and the check in person was very soft spoken. She didn't inform me that parking was not included. I had to inquire after seeing so many vehicles with what appeared to be a parking pass on their dashboard. Parking was $15 extra. No big deal. However, there was an event going on at the hotel, which made parking scarce, If I am paying to park, I shouldn't have to illegally park in the fire lane and risk getting towed away. Also, the cleaning crew came at 8:30 am on a HOLIDAY to clean my room. I had the do not disturb sign up and they tried to enter the room anyway. Luckily, the door was blocked and they couldn't gain access, but they should pay more attention to the signs.

The hotel, restaurant, and bar are all very nice. Aron, Valentina, and Yuliya were super friendly and helpful. Aron went out of his way to make us feel valued!
I had a great experience with the shuttle driver Ahad he’s a very good driver.
Kawan was awesome! She took excellent care of me at check in. She answered all of my questions with sincerity and a smile.

Good morning, I stayed here for a wedding event, The staff are amazing starting with the shuttle driver he picked me up from the airport. Mr. Ahad was extremely professional; we had a great conversation on the way to the hotel. The first impression of a hotel property is always key. Which he did very well. Then walking into the hotel meeting the front desk staff, blew me away with how quickly my check in experience was. The front desk agent greeted me as I was walking in and acknowledged my status level. Top tear experience, The next morning I came down for breakfast, Metting Tammy was such a great experience as well she made me feel like I was at home. Such a nice person to talk to. The young lady that offered to make me an omelet was so kind and quick at her job I think her name is Gita she also made my experience that much better. Meeting Lonza was a pleasure as well, He's very prompt at his job there's never a dirty dish on his watch. If you want the same experience, you should book at the BWI Hilton. This is a hotel but not just that it's a place that makes you feel welcomed.
