It could have been hotter
A total fiasco when it came to the airport shuttle. The schedule is off the front desk gave us incorrect information. We ended up having take an Uber. If you were lying on this property to get to the airport in a timely manner, you need to think twice. I'vebeen trying to resolve this with the property for almost 3 weeks, but they do not return messages.
Melvin Williams, Jr was my shuttle driver from the airport to the hotel. His service was excellent, his demeanor was cheerful and attentive. Thanks Melvin!!!
The waiter/bartender Paul was great.
The rooms are so old and dated. The white bedcovers had spots all over them. The pool area was filthy. Trash on the inside of the pool area and candy etc. all over outside along with cigarette butts. It was worse than staying at a Motel 6.
Room was not clean for 3 days
Lil Paul is amazing at Aqua! He quick on service, loves his customers and knows everything!
Melvin W…..was the highlight of our trip experience. Melvin was outstanding as to representing your company and treating the customer ‘old school’ style (with respect and importance).
Promote him, increase his salary, don’t lose him to your competition.

Paul the bartender was outstanding! He has a cool, calm, and relatable energy that made my experience so enjoyable. Great service, great personality, and the kind of genuine hospitality that keeps people coming back. If you're lucky enough to have Paul taking care of you, you're in good hands. He definitely made a lasting impression and would be a big reason I'd return!

Facility was clean
Staff was courteous, but we were part of a wedding party, My boyfriend was the best man and the staff wouldn't give us a gift bag because we booked through booking.com
