Villa Andromeda

Staff in Villa was so kind and helpful, whatever question I had, they helped me. I planned to go to Heraklion and lady at reception helped me book tickets for bus and even printed them for me, I'm extremely grateful for that. Breakfast every day was super tasty, with big choice. There is big pool and jacuzzi, but me and my fiance didn't really used it, we prefered to go swim in the sea, which was very close, like 5 min and it was quiet, out of sight rocky beach so if You want to visit it, take some water shoes as there are sea urchins in water. If not, 10 min away is Koum Kapi Beach, also nice one. Villa itself is not too far from city, like 20 min away from center. Honestly, if I ever visit Chania again, I will go to Villa once again.

The views were amazing from our windows and the balcony with unobstructed views was the best! The staff was wonderful and so very kind!

We chose this hotel for our honeymoon, and we had a wonderful experience. The neighbourhood, far from the noise and bustle of Chania’s city centre, offered us unexpected corners where we spent a truly unforgettable stay.

The helpfulness, kindness, and professionalism of the hotel staff exceeded all our expectations. They were always ready to meet our needs with a smile, from the moment we arrived until our departure.

The rooms are spacious and arranged over several levels. Breakfast is served impeccably by the staff, with local products, and guests can choose the setting they prefer on any given day: the balcony, the poolside, or their own room.

We rented a car, which was delivered to us and collected directly at the hotel. There are two pools, one of which is smaller and offers a Jacuzzi experience.

The cleanliness is also worth mentioning: the rooms are cleaned impeccably every day.

This is a stay I would repeat without any hesitation.

Villa de charme majestueuse. Personnel accueillant et toujours agréable. Chambre confortable et très grande. Grande piscine calme entourée de végétation. Petit déjeuner servi où on le souhaite avec des produits frais et de qualités.

We loved the hospitality, the breakfast, the proximity to the town, and that there was free parking:)

Oh yes, almost forgot, we really loved the swimming pool!! The pool was warm enough to enjoy swimming. It’s a large pool with a 1.5 meter pool depth.. perfect for lap swimming.

We interacted with all three front desk staff members: Manuela, Maria and Anna. They were all so pleasant every morning and welcoming after we returned in the evening from our day of excursions. They gave us ideas of where to go and what to see and how to get there .. with or without car.

We selected our breakfast the night before and it was served the following morning at the time we preferred, on the patio overlooking the sea.
They accommodate allergies. Gluten free was not a problem.

If Crete is in our future, we will for sure stay here again!

Lovely quiet location, near enough (10/15 mins) to harbour and old town. Accommodation ideal. Great breakfast. Pool great and bigger than it looked in the photos. Had it to ourselves a fair bit. Jacuzzi nice too. Staff very friendly.
