Buena estadia
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, el joven que atiende en la recepción es excelente, limpiaron el cuarto todos los días aunque no lo haya solicitado y buena atención. Te guardan las maletas en caso llegues antes o te vas después del check out.

Cons:

Las almohadas estaban un poco duras, las instalaciones están un poco antiguas, considero que si van hacer remodelaciones den las habitaciones de otro nivel, para que no se escuche en caso se decida quedarse en la habitación.

Pros:

El hotel tiene un buena ubicacion y esta muy cerca de paseo de la reforma asi como museos, el zocalo, bellas artes

Cons:

Que al lado esta como un bar y hay ruido pero no fue tan molesto

Pros:

Great budget-friendly hotel. I stayed on the 5th floor. The room was clean and spacious. The shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The beds had firm, high-density mattresses. Beautiful view and very well-ventilated

Cons:

However, there was no minibar in the room. Also, the elevator only goes up to the 4th floor, so I had to walk up one flight of stairs. If you have a disability or mobility issues, make sure to request a room on the 4th floor or below.

Pros:

Authentic design. Near to the airport and good value for location.

Cons:

Shower was barely warm and the shower head was defective, causing the water to spray irregularly rather than in a controlled direction.

Hotel acogedor, limpio y cómodo, con linda decoración mexicana.
Pros:

El hotel está ubicado en una zona bonita y tranquila. A pesar de que a un lado del hotel tenían música a volumen alto, en la habitación no se escuchaba el ruido. La decoración de todo el hotel es muy linda. Agua caliente, toallas limpias. Hay varios negocios (oxxo, seven, restaurantes, cafeterías) cercanos lo que lo hace más cómodo.

Cons:

El desayuno podría haber sido mejor, los chilaquiles estaban demasiado condimentados (ajo, cebolla) y a los hotcakes les faltaron un par de minutos para que quedaran bien bien. El café y la atención buena.
Para MI gusto la cama es un poco dura

Don't stay unless it's a bargain - unclean, unlocked, no AC, loud
Cons:

-Cockroach in the room
-hair on the floor
-intentionally did not have body wash, shampoo, conditioner in the room
-next to a night club / bar that is loud late
-room had a window that didn't lock and was open to the main hallway so anyone could get in if they wanted / knew
-No Air conditioning even though it is a 4 star hotel
