Manager and staff were very nice. Ample parking. Very clean everywhere.

Cons:

Our room was next to a common hallway, and the noise from just outside our door was a problem. Would not have been the case for other rooms.

Zimmer groß und sauber.
Frühstück war ganz gut.

Great location, excellent value
Pros:

Excellent value, nice staff, great location. Close to Boulder Reservoir and walking distance to Avery Brewery and several restaurants. Very welcoming to athletes and cyclists.

Cons:

Very little not to like. Just understand these are not 5 star accommodations- but truly a great value.

Great location and easiest check in and out.
Pros:

Quiet neighborhood and close to Chautauqua Park. Very easy check in and check out process. Even though we checked in late.

Cons:

We can hear when other guests bang their door or walking at the upper floor.
