Pros:

We were first unsure if we booked the right place as its tucked in back in a neighborhood. Let me tell you...it was a perfect location for us as we were waiting to move into our new home. It's 5 miles outside of Boulder. Close to Lobo trail, dog parks and walking/biking trails galore! Kings Super nearby. Easy access to longmont and st vrain road to Estes Park! The staff was wonderful! Our room had not been remodeled yet, but we didn't mind a bit. Large king size comfortable bed in a very large room with refrigerator, microwave and dining table that was thoughtful as we still needed to work while staying there. Note: all room access is from inside. Breakfast was basic, but nice to have every morning. We chose to eat outside most mornings as the dining area is small and people have become pushy these days in a complementary breakfast settings. It was a surprising and very pleasant stay! Will recommend to family when they want to visit.

Cons:

Mosquitoes! There are twin lakes nearby so as to be expected.

合宿所のようなところですが、安くて気持ちが良いところなのでまた使います
Pros:

清潔で機能的でとても良かったです。朝食も十分と思います。駐車場も玄関前に十分なスペースがあります。
部屋は広く、電源コンセントもたくさんあります。

Cons:

部屋に机が無いので仕事がしにくいです。またWIFIが弱く不安定でした。

Excellent north Boulder stay!
Pros:

The room was excellent! Plenty of space for my son and me to spread out. Everything was well-maintained, and they're working on property improvements. The management and the parent company clearly care about this property.

Cons:

The offerings for the continental breakfast weren't of a great variety. The waffle maker was a good value, but the other choices were underwhelming, particularly the Yoplait yogurt choice. And Donettes (tm) for breakfast seem farcial.
