Beautiful hotel with great rooms.
The bartenders and staff were quite slow.
Booked spa break as birthday treat for my niece. 1st time we'd been back to spa since refurbishment and were extremely impressed by improvements. Pool area absolutely stunning, really enjoyed new outside herbal sauna (views are amazing) and Himalayan salt sauna. Unfortunately hot tub was closed for retiling but we'd been notified of this in advance and given options to rebook, cancel or still come as planned and get complimentary 2 hour voucher to come back to use facilities (which is what we decided).
1 hour treatment included in package, both had mini facial and back massage. I thought my treatment was very average but my niece really enjoyed hers.
We were slightly surprised to be taken to small room after treatments, which wasn't really that comfortable or warm (especially after heated treatment beds), slightly disappointing as previously there was fab relaxation room with comfy beds and blankets, however on way back to changing rooms we found fab relaxation room and wondered why weren't shown there or told about it? To be fair when I got home I did look closer at map we were given on arrival and seen we were obviously put in what they call "post treatment room" but still feel better relaxation room should have been pointed out to us in person and we shouldn't have had to rely on map to find it or know it still existed!
2 course lunch also included in package, served in new spa restaurant, which is another fabulous addition to spa. Food was beautifully presented and very tasty.
Overall we had brilliant experience and are looking forward to returning to use our complimentary voucher.

Third time staying at Gleddoch and as always was fantastic. Service is outstanding, rooms clean and modern and spa is the star of the show for me. Special mention to Joan, spa therapist who delivered the most relaxing 90 minute treatment. Can’t explain how much I needed it and she ensured my experience was of the highest standard.
Beautiful surroundings and a lovely hotel with comfy bed
That you have to pay extra to go to the spa
Food was great
Too many stars to climb
43 of us stayed here for 4 nights and had a fantastic time. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff friendly, efficient and helpful. The reception staff even put up with the noise when we invaded their space for a photo shoot! We couldn't have asked for any more.
Great views of the River Clyde.
Very expensive for what it is & not worth the money. It is a very tired building & in great need of a tasteful renovation. Housekeeping of the room was very poor not completed properly. Breakfast was mediocre.
Large quiet room
Staff were extremely helpful
They now charge guest to use the spa. I only want an early morning swim so £25 seemed a little bit excessive (I quite understand for using the full spa for hours on end but just for a swim?)
The spa was amazing, all facilities in this were perfect along with the bar inside! The bed was super comfortable
We were put into the last room on the other building, I felt like this was very out the way away from everything, there was no signs posted anywhere along the halls to help you navigate your surroundings, we were told we would receive gift vouchers due to the outside pool not being in use but didn’t receive these, also woke up freezing during the night as there is no heating or temp stats anywhere to change in the room to your preferred heat, fire alarm also went off at 730am for couple of mins - woke us up from what was meant to be a relaxing sleep in away from mum and dad duties, there was no apologies for this
