Dogs are welcome in our Classic Super-king bedrooms and Executive Super-king bedrooms. We allocate specific Dog friendly bedrooms for your furry companions so please ensure that the hotel is informed prior to arrival to ensure one of our allocated bedrooms are available.
Dogs are welcome in our public areas and in our 19th Bar. We ask that dogs are not left unattended in the bedrooms for the duration of the guest's stay. Please be aware that there is a charge of £20.00 per dog per night.

Spa is just amazing, food is delicious, room was luxurious and very clean, staff are always warm, knowledgeable and very friendly.

Wonderful location, and gorgeous grounds! It was an idyllic setting.
Our room was right over the kitchen and the noise from the laughing kitchen staff and clanking dishes was very loud, well past 10pm. The pro shop attendant was very rude to my husband when he asked about golf.

Couldn't sleep due to noise from another room had to sleep with the TV on. The spa was great but couldn't get use of the outside hot tub as there was no rotation.

There was no prior information that the restaurants were all closed. There was however no less than 5 reminders/day to check in or buy an upgrade in the hotel.
After touring Scotland on motorcycles this was a much needed relaxing stop for our group and of course we had to take advantage of the spa.
Can’t fault it, everything was brilliant.
Lovely hotel, really nice feel and ambience. The reason for the lower score is the extra expense there is to use the facilities. For the price you are only getting a room so I have rated this solely on the room rate and what was included. Whilst the hotel room was beautiful, we stayed in a much more cost efficient room the night previously and had the same level of comfort. The next night we stayed at the Crieff Hydro. We paid around £15 more for the night but that included breakfast and full use of their pool, cinema and other facilities. Despite this, the hotel is beautiful, the staff are helpful and it was a pleasant stay. If we paid a third of what we did, or it included breakfast and/or spa access, it would have been much more reasonable for the price we paid.
It was unfortunate that everything was an extra cost. The rooms are nice and comfortable however you can get a nice room in other hotels for a much more reasonable price.
