Sorry I will not be staying there again. Room was clean furniture old. Plastic shower screen in bath.
Pros:

The staff were exceptional. Location good for me but not suitable for everyone.

Cons:

refurbishments were being conducted, jack hammering or construction noise during the day. The trip to the pool was adventurous after walking through construction area. The pool was disgustingly fiflty the tiling in shocking state of disrepair. After second day I had no hot water in my room I had to visit reception to get them to connect hot water when I wanted hot shower.
Should have been informed of construction work at time of booking.

Pros:

Property needs upgrade.. Ma8ntenance should consider guest presence. Theu were hammering in the night on the rooftop causing disturbance. Othwrwise the staff wete very helpful

Pros:

Virkelig stort værelse med en rigtig seng og flot udsigt over byen. Morgenmaden var så få fin og deres restaurant serverede super lækker aftensmad.

Cons:

Ligger lidt langt fra fort Kochi men en lille tuktuk tur og båd tur så er man der.
Wifi lidt ustabilt

Bon séjour de trois nuits. J’y reviendrai sans hesitation
Pros:

Les chambres sont spacieuses et clean. Le personnel est très aimable . L’hôtel est plein de charme , c’est un hôtel ancien mais très bien entretenu. La piscine sur le toit avec chaises longues douches et serviettes est au top.

Cons:

Certaines chambres ont leur fenêtre condamnée .

Nice place to spend a few days
Pros:

The staff was super helpful and nice, very attentive with us. The breakfast was tasty and I liked that they served fresh fruits every morning. The room was clean and quiet. Nice facilities. Bright and comfortable reception.

Cons:

1. Location - it's a nice neighbourhood but takes a bit of time to reach the city center (Fort Kochi).
2. They did not have a hair drier in the room (but you can request one).
