Absolutely FABULOUS!!!
Pros:

Location was our #1 priority, and this is the perfect place to enjoy everything the waterfront and city has to offer. It was clean, almost like a newly renovated hotel. Everyone was welcoming and accommodating. A real gem and very affordable compared to other properties in the area.

Cons:

Only complaint would be they promised via welcome email that they would have champagne and charcutier in the room to celebrate a 60th birthday, and they did not. We called down, and about an hour and a half after we arrived, they did finally bring us champagne, but no glasses and nothing else. It is a very small thing, but disappointing.

Pros:

We loved how close it was to Pikes place. The valet was convenient and right in the front. The staff were AMAZING! The hotel was clean, neat and luxurious. Me and my family had a great time here! We’ll definitely be back. Thank you :)

Comfortable and clean
Pros:

Room was clean, big and comfortable. Very nice hotel!

Cons:

One of the receptionist wasn’t the friendliest. All the other staff were very friendly

We liked our experience so much we were back two weeks later!
Pros:

Staff are exceptional - from Stephen greeting us at the door, the porters, the lovely receptionists, cleaners and bar lady. Everyone went out of their way with genuine enthusiasm and a willingness to please and ensure we had a great stay.

I had high expectations being such a nice hotel. We wanted to just stay in the room and relax and unfortunately they did

Cons:

No room service- added extra taxes when I checked out I already paid. Valet took 40 minutes.

Cons:

Has changed owner. Booking did not transfer and sorting out ( however pleasant) took 30 mins after a long long flight. No hot water in shower due to broken thermostat.
