Excelente ubicación y la atención tambien. En particular la de Javier y Juan.
Very close to everything theres a bar in the hotel with an excellent live singer on
There was a waiter who served breakfast who is the rudest person we have ever been unfortunate to have met .slammed out drinks down slammed our food down we thought it was a joke at 1st we left our breakfast he was that rude ....the reception were very nice and gave us complimentary drinks for the next evening
Staff (receptionist during the day shift) was very friendly, helpful and welcoming
we upgraded to highest room category but were very disappointed. Almost 200€ for one night, for a room with sticky surfaces; a bit greasy and not so clean floor and dry wall renovations not finished in the ceiling.. but honestly the worst was the horrible smell of mold and bathroom sewer small. Entering the room, breathing in the room? Disgusting. And this with 35 degrees Celsius and a very old air condition that can not keep up with the heat. We are looking forward to being home :-(
Det var rett der det skjer.
Bære koffert opp noen trapper - liksom en halv etasje.
Window didn't keep out any of the noise and the room i booked was not this! The one I chose had 2 windows. This was on the 1st floor on the corner of the building where all the drunks walk from ramblas up the side arcade. As it's on 1st floor you feel like you are on the street its so loud! There is a balcony that looks over some stinking bins that a woman was rifling through! So in heat smelt gross! Also in the corridor next door to the room entrance is a public hotel toilet that is for the the bar that is open till early am inside the hotel. Cool if you want that but not if you want to do your own thing then sleep. Between the 2 noises inside and out it sucked and I was so tired after the 2 nights there I couldn't wait to leave. Staff looked like they hated tourists, their job and especially British which we are. I know my reading glasses got left in the room also after we had checked out and the miserable older woman on reception wouldn't let me look and said no there aren't there! They probably still are behind a table lamp! Was part of a 50th birthday for me and ended up pretty rubbish! Room. Was a decent size, but dark. I enjoyed Barcelona anyway but have had better previous stays elsewhere. It was pretty cheap. The Ramblas is being dug up still so expect noise also.
See the above.
Thw location was perfect, a plethora of restaurants, cafes, tourist attractions and Metro Station right on my doorstep.
Room was a bit small but due to the perfect location and reasonable price wise it was a minor inconvenience.
