Epic cruise stay
Pros:

The location was perfect as was the restaurant and bar on the first floor with a narrow balcony overlooking the Rambles.

Avoid this hotel and the area of Las Ramblas.at all costs!
Pros:

We were allowed to leave luggage on the last day so we could sight see.

Cons:

We ordered a room with a balcony, they lied and said they had none even though the advert said they did. There was no plug in the bath or sink so to have a bath i had to try and put a glass over the plug hole. There was no milk provided with tea making facilities and there was no plug for the kettle so it had to be plugged in on the floor. I booked this hotel as rooms were meant to be soundproof - another lie, it was so noisy, so much so that earplugs were left in the room by the hotel, false advertising! Room too bright. There was a terrace attached to the room but was locked with np access to it and had a net curtain so room was very bright in the morning. Las Ramblas was under reconstruction and it was a dump, rubbish in overflowing bins and homeless people begging everywhere!

Barcellona è una città bellissima!!! Tornerò sicuramente. Ci sono ancora tante cose da vedere!!!

We had a wonderful stay and
Pros:

The location was excellent, with everything we needed within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the place was clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was also very nice and well maintained. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

Cons:

Everything else was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay. The only thing we did not like was the terrace, which was extremely small and honestly quite disappointing. Apart from that, everything was great and we had a very pleasant stay.
