Miło spędzony czas z rodziną
Pros:

Pokoje hotelowe odnowione co widać (czysto), posiłki bardzo dobre co dziennie inne (byliśmy 5 dni), duży wybór drinków. Personel bardzo miły. Basen czysty z leżakami też nie było problemu.

Cons:

Οι τουαλέτες στην πισίνα ήταν πάρα πολύ λερωμένες και οι διάδρομοι έξω από τα δωμάτια ήταν γεμάτοι ακαθαρσίες. Το δωμάτιο μύριζε αφόρητα μουχλα και στο μπανιο το πάτωμα του ντουζ ήταν γεμάτο μούχλα. Στην πισίνα είχε μεθυσμένους με γυάλινα ποτήρια που ενοχλούσαν και οι ναυαγοσώστες έβλεπαν δεν έκανα τίποτα!!

בכל אופן המלצר (מלצר ראשי) פשוט אמר לנו בפירוש לבוא פעם אחת ולהזמין פעם אחת במרוכז
מעבר לזה שהגענו לארבעה ימים פשוט הרגשנו אי נוחות.
מצד שני בבר השתייה הייתה מלצרית מחייכת ונחמדה עם המון סבלנות והרגשה טובה

Отличная гостиница. Хорошие и чистые номера. Убирали каждый день. Еда вкусная и разнообразная. Каждый день были вечером развлекательные шоу. Для детей комната игровая.

Cons:

Мало места около бассейна. Платные паланеца для бассейна. В зоне лежаков, которые на траве, не хватает душа.

Καλο φαγητο και αρκετα φιλικο το προσωπικο του εστιατοριου. Πολυ καλη τοποθεσια.

Cons:

Η καθαριοτητα του δωματιου ηταν απογοητευτικη. Το μπανιο ηταν γεματο μυρμηγκια καθως και τα κομωδινα. Δεν θα το προτιμουσα ξανα, ιδιως οταν εχεις μικρα μωρα και απαιτεις το δωματιο να ειναι απλα καθαρο. Δεν θα πηγαινα ξανα.

d a wonderful 5-day stay at Eleni Holiday Hotel in Paphos. The room was clean, the staff were kind and welcoming, the pools were well maintained, and the food was delicious. Everything was perfect, and we truly enjoyed our vacation.

A special thank you to Yana from the dining room team. She was always friendly, caring, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her attention to detail and excellent service made our stay even more enjoyable.

If there is ever a
n opportunity for recognition or promotion (if she wants it), she truly deserves it. Thank you to the whole team for a fantastic holiday!

Cons:

Our only suggestion for improvement is to provide the security guard at the entrance with a proper reception station or designated area of his own. We think it would create a more welcoming and professional first impression for guests while also giving him a more comfortable and respectful workspace.
Other than that, he was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
