Pros:

Panie na recepcji były bardzo miłe, pomocne i profesjonalne.
Pokoje ogólnie były czyste i zadbane.

Cons:

Pokój był ogólnie czysty, jednak prysznic wymagał dokładniejszego posprzątania.
Największym minusem była sytuacja z kelnerem na sali śniadaniowej, konkretnie z Chrisem. Mieliśmy wykupione śniadania i kolacje w cenie pobytu. Do kolacji zamówiliśmy sok, za który kelner poinformował nas, że zostanie doliczone 3 € za każdy. Następnego dnia skonsultowaliśmy tę kwestię z innym kelnerem, który po potwierdzeniu z kolejną osobą poinformował nas, że sok oczywiście był w cenie i nie powinien być dodatkowo płatny.
Sam sposób, w jaki Chris zwrócił nam uwagę, był bardzo nieprzyjemny i nieprofesjonalny. Jego ton głosu był nieodpowiedni, a szczególnie niekomfortowe było stwierdzenie, że „zapamiętał, jak wyglądamy” i „ma nas na uwadze”. Takie zachowanie wobec gości zdecydowanie nie powinno mieć miejsca.
Cała sytuacja pozostawiła bardzo nieprzyjemne wrażenie, szczególnie że następnego dnia okazało się, że informacja przekazana nam przez tego kelnera była nieprawidłowa.

Ogólnie pobyt oceniamy jako poprawny, jednak zachowanie tego konkretnego pracownika zdecydowanie wpłynęło na nasze odczucia i komfort podczas pobytu.

Pros:

Líbil se nám výhled z hotelu. Je umístěn na pěkném místě. Ale musí se na ten výhled trochu popojít. Až na kraj zahrady. Snídaňe jsou dobré a večeře též.

Cons:

Při vkročení do pokoje je cítit zatuchlo. Mělo by se zapracovat na úklidu. Pod postelí je dost prachu a vlasů
Protože mezi postele nám něco zapadlo tak jsme je odsunuli. Jdou velice lehce odsunout. Tak proto jsme to viděli. Myslím že úklid neodpovídá 4* hotelu.
Další věc která je určitě neomluvitelná jsou ručníky. Jsou velice seprané barvy šedé místo bílé a roztrhané!!. Měl by to někdo kontrolovat a nedávat hostům ručníky jak do hostelu!! Toto je ostuda a velké zklamání. Přidána fotografie. Myslíme si že jsme zaplatili i dost peněz za ubytování.

A nice summer escape from routine.
Pros:

We liked the room that was spacious with comfortable beds and very good air conditioning. The food was very tasty but breakfast was our favourite. Great variety and very good quality as well.

Cons:

Staff at bars were not very polite. Entertainment at nights was poor and the variety of all- inclusive drinks was limited.

נהננו מכל רגע והם מילאו את כל הבקשות שלנו
Pros:

התארחנו 3 זוגות ב-3 חדרים והייתה לנו חוויה מצוינת.

החדרים נעימים, מרווחים ונקיים מאוד, עם ניקיון וסידור בכל יום. אנחנו היינו בחדר שפונה לבריכה והיה נהדר. ארוחת הבוקר מצוינת ובשפע, הבריכה נעימה, המחירים בבר נוחים ובכל יום יש הופעה אחרת. יש גם חניה מאחורי המלון.

אבל מעל הכול בלט השירות. כל בקשה שלנו, ממגבות ועד שמיכות, נענתה במהירות ובחיוך. תודה לפטריסיה החביבה שקיבלה אותנו ועזרה לנו כבר ביום הראשון.

ביום האחרון ביקשנו צ'ק אאוט מאוחר. למרות שהמלון היה בתפוסה מלאה, פאולינה מהקבלה ואווה, מנהלת המלון, עשו מאמץ מיוחד כדי לעזור לנו ולמצוא פתרון.

צוות מקסים, שירות מעבר למצופה וחופשה נהדרת. נשמח לחזור! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
