Important information:

Please note that the restaurant is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details are stated in the booking confirmation.

Please note the rooms are located on the 1st or the 2nd floor. There is no elevator but staff will be happy to help you with your luggage.

The wellness area with sauna, steam bath and whirlpool is exclusively available to our room guests for about 1.5 hours upon reservation. Reservations can only be accepted after arrival.

Extra beds are available by request for an additional fee of € 35 per person, per night.Swimming pool: Closed from Mon, Sep 22, 2025 until Mon, Jun 1, 2026

Pros:

Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich......
Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Das Gastronomiekonzept (Ruhetage, Restaurentangebot...) ist überprühunswürdig.
Bei unserem letzten Brsuch war noch Restaurent / Barbetrieb.
Könnte man über ein Shuttle Konzept (kostenpflichtig) nachdenlken?

The views are incredible from this hotel. It also had plenty of free parking. We left our car there and got a taxi into the centre of Salzburg so we didn’t have to worry about traffic or parking. We enjoyed the food in the restaurant and the drinks and food were reasonably priced.

Cons:

No AC. Would have like a kettle in the room.

Highly recommended, would definitely repeat if we decide to visit Salzburg (or surroundings) again

Eine sehr feine Unterkunft, die Stadtnähe und Natur aufs Beste verbindet.
Pros:

Das Haus liegt wunderschön über Salzburg - man hat einen tollen Blick auf die Berge und Teile der Stadt. Der Garten und der Pool sind groß und es gibt ausreichend Sonnenliegen.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und Service orientiert.

Cons:

Ein Lift wäre angenehm. Die Zimmer sind zeitlos/neutral. Etwas mehr Gemütlichkeit wäre - zumal bei schhlechtem Wetter - fein.

Ideal für alle, die Ruhe und Natur genießen möchten. Auch ohne Auto kommt man gut zurecht.
Pros:

Die dörfliche Umgebung und das Leben in der Natur. Die Aussicht war wunderschön. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Balkon war inklusive. Außerdem wurde man nicht durch das Reinigungspersonal gestört.

Cons:

Die Wände sind etwas hellhörig, sodass ich die Nachbarn deutlich hören konnte. Zur nahe gelegenen Haltestelle läuft man etwa 19 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Weg ist ziemlich steil; nachts wirkt er etwas abgelegen, daher ist ein Taxi dann möglicherweise die bessere Wahl.
