Important information:

Please note that the restaurant is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance. Contact details are stated in the booking confirmation.

Please note the rooms are located on the 1st or the 2nd floor. There is no lift but staff will be happy to help you with your luggage.

The wellness area with sauna, steam bath and whirlpool is exclusively available to our room guests for about 1.5 hours upon reservation. Reservations can only be accepted after arrival.

Extra beds are available by request for an additional fee of € 35 per person, per night.

Group bookings can only be accepted for up to 10 rooms.

The hotel access road is not suitable for tour buses.Swimming pool: Closed from Thu, Oct 1, 2026 until Mon, May 17, 2027

Außerordentliche Lage und freundliches Personal
Pros:

Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich! Das Frühstück ausreichend und frisch.Das Personal war freundlich und hat alles unkompliziert abgewickelt.

Cons:

Das Zimmer, die allgemeinen Hotelräumlichkeiten, der Pool und Außenbereich waren zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes leider in keinem guten Zustand beziehungsweise unsauber. Das Zimmer (hier Nr. 20) ist sehr einfach ausgestattet.

Came at night and left early

Cons:

The one staff was so rude when we entered the wrong house. It was a misunderstanding and we were sorry. We were delayed and drove from Denmark and had a long journey with mishaps.. But there was no need for rude behaviour.

Et rimelig slidt hotel. Ensartet morgenmad, ingen variation i den. At restauranten var lukket både tirsdag og onsdag, for både drikkelse og mad.

Hotel leží v přírodě na kopci nad Salzburgem, ty výhledy z pokoje i terasy jsou dokonalé. Přitom úplně do centra města je to 10 minut autem. Hotel nabízí příjemné pokoje a velmi dobrou snídani s kvalitními surovinami na výběr. Odehrává se v létě na terase, takže prakticky nad Salzburgem. Moc krásný zážitek z místa a oceňuji příjemný personál.

Ein perfektes Hotel für einen schönen Urlaub mit persönlichem Flair.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt zwar etwas abseits vom Zentrum in Salzburg, kann aber mit der hervorragenden Aussicht auf die Stadt und die Umgebung punkten. Man merkt sofort dass es sich um ein Familien-Geführtes Hotel handelt. Ein herzlicher Empfang mit einer späteren ausführlichen Erklärung der Möglichkeiten zum Parken und Sight-Seeing in Salzburg waren sehr erfreulich. Das Frühstücksbuffet überzeugte mit der Auswahl und der Bereitstellung von Glutenfreien Alternativen. Der vorherige Online-Check-In erleichterte den gesamten administrativen Prozess. Die lokalen Gutscheine für Hotelgäste wurden bereit gestellt und gerne genutzt.

Cons:

Nix, alles war bestens. Das eine Anbindung an den ÖPNV fehlt schadet nicht, ganz im Gegenteil, sie ist nicht nötig.
