Worst stay I had in Budapest over the past 20 years

Cons:

We found hair in the bed and in towel (disgusting). The toilet had a smell of cigarette smoke. The hotel mentioned that they will investigate the case but proposed no solution. Toilet had water liking and we were charge for parking stay when there was no cars.

L'accueil, la propreté, l'emplacement proche à tout le personnel, le restaurant, pour Budapest c'est très cher, c'est un hôtel luxueux, Mais ça va la peine car il n'y a pas des bruits, une bouteille d'eau gratuit par jour, café instantané, thé, la chambre au retour toujours netoyer, toujours de l'eau chaude, champoing, savons,la classe.
