The room was nice and the food was good
The men's restroom in the lobby area was pretty dirty when we arrived at around 3pm and with it being my fist stop set the tone for me but was happy to find that was the only dirty thing at the time. I take it as the cleaning service has not made it to that area yet.
Visit Blackhawk for the first time stayed for 4 days great location with lots to do and dine be prepare to also enjoy the history and fresh air and Mountain View’s it’s a Caesar location with lots of slots
First room i went into was Filthy the bed was made and the towels rewrapped but floor had not been vacuumed (dried up dog poop on the floor) the trash not taken out and ashes in the sink. I had booked a king size bed and had to be moved to a double queen because no more rooms were available. I was charged a pet fee when I did not have any pets $118. Second room I went in also had dried up dog poop in the corner.
Location was good.
The bin was dirty from the previous occupant and had not been emptied. Parking for full size vehicles was extremely limited meaning we had to lug our luggage up a hill.
Location and gaming
There were dirty streaks on areas within the hotel room. Air conditioning didn’t seem to be working.

Housekeeping! There wasn't any for the two nights we stayed. No cleaning of the room! There was Housekeeping but, not for our room!
