Coverlet was insufficient to keep us warm.
Pros:

The covers on the bed were inadequate and we both had trouble sleeping because of that. The room temperature was fine but the coverlets were insufficient. We ended up remaking the beds and doubling up the coverlet.

Cons:

A warmer coverlet would have made Lady Luck very acceptable.

Did not stay there try to cancel my booking within an hour of making the booking.
Cons:

The mattress was wore out ,room was dusty, manager Scott was unprofessional.(rooms look nothing like the photos)

Cons:

The lady that checked us in, first she charged me a ridiculous amount of $75 in case I stoke anything which is what she said and it still hasn't come off my credit card. Then she told us to go to the wrong elevators. Then EVERY time we went to the desk she was not there. She put up a sign back in five minutes. But she never was there.

Disappointed that we had to call and ask for items that should be already there!
Cons:

There was only 2 toiletries on the shelf in bathroom. 1 soap. Not enough for 2 people. Needed those and extra towels brought to us and the staff didn’t know what toiletries were. Only brought towels.
Needs a microwave!!
