Excellent stay in the vicinity of Amsterdam Central
Pros:

The bed was gloriously comfy; the room quiet; full blockout. The staff were very helpful and polite.
A gorgeous, deep bath was an unexpected bonus!

If the pool was available or an alternative pool was offered, the stay would have been so much better.
Pros:

I liked that it was central & close to so much. I was able to walk from the hotel to sightsee.

Cons:

I did not like that the pool was out of service. I was notified the day before my stay & no alternative solution was offered. I suffer from lymphedema & specifically booked this hotel to swim, as this would relieve pain from the chronic swelling. Not being able to swim meant I was not able to receive any pain relief from the additional swelling caused on the flight. Due to this I had a bad flare up & stayed in pain for several days. Horrible to be in pain on vacation. Especially when it could have been prevented.

The hotel is in a great location, and the staff are very friendly and genuinely helpful.

Cons:

I booked a Super Deluxe Room with a channel view, but it was not available upon arrival. Instead, we were given a fourth-floor room with a sky view, which the hotel claimed was their “channel view.”
During our three-night stay, we were required to change rooms three times due to room availability, which was extremely inconvenient.
The advertised air conditioning, swimming pool, and jacuzzi were also unavailable due to maintenance. We were told we could use these facilities at another hotel located approximately 15 minutes away, which was unacceptable.

Beautiful property. Great location. Street level rooms can get a little noisy.

Cons:

Our ground floor room #35 had quite a bit of late night street noise. This is because there is a bus stop on the street right by the window.

Nice luxury hotel
Pros:

Beautiful historic building with great location. Nice staff.
Clean

Cons:

Pool was under repair so we had to go for another hotel for that.
The parking was very expensive- remember to ask for prices before booking.
All in all a very expensive stay and I didn’t feel they 100 pct meet the expectations of that price.

Хочу щиро подякувати готелю за чудовий відпочинок! У мене залишилися лише найкращі враження. Персонал дуже привітний, уважний і завжди готовий допомогти.

Сніданки були просто чудові: смачні, різноманітні та якісні. Окрема подяка дівчатам, які прибирали номер: усе було бездоганно чисто, акуратно й затишно. Мінібар поповнювали щодня, і взагалі до чистоти та сервісу немає жодних претензій.

Єдиний невеликий нюанс це під час мого перебування не працював басейн. Але це зовсім не зіпсувало враження, адже гостям безкоштовно пропонували відвідувати басейн в іншому готелі, який знаходиться приблизно за 10 хвилин пішки.

Дуже сподобалася атмосфера готелю - вона чудово передає дух Амстердама, така автентична й особлива. Саме завдяки таким деталям відпочинок стає ще приємнішим.

Якщо я знову буду в Амстердамі, то із задоволенням зупинюся саме тут. Однозначно рекомендую цей готель усім, хто цінує якісний сервіс, комфорт і чудову атмосферу!
