The parking garage clearance at the suite building not being noted prior to arrival.

Dan bij inchecken : dame niet erg open en vriendelijk en ging zelfs met een man van rond de 80 lastig doen omdat die meneer klaagde over geen karretjes voor de koffer omdat deze man oud is en zijn vrouw niet was geopereerd en de irritatie van deze dame was schandalig en heb toen zelf meneer aangeboden te helpen. Stonk muffig in de kamer , schimmel in badkamer , komt totaal niet overeen met wat je op de foto’s ziet. En we hebben zo proberen te filmen voor onze insta werk profielen waar we online werken ook promoten geprobeerd erom te filmen.
Maar we hebben letterlijk alleen er geslapen en alle tijd buiten gespendeerd. N.a.v. foto dachten we leuk plekje om onze verloving te vieren en vakantie leuk af te sluiten. We hebben het zeker leuk gehad. Maar niet dankzij dit slechte hotel. Dus bij deze officiële klacht over niet juiste informatie verschaffen.

I had no issues with the property

It could use a little work. A few repairs and a paint job in certain areas would be good. The toilet tank in my room has a crack, and that could be a problem later.

Breakfast this visit was very disappointing. Construction on beach still going on this trip.

Place was dirty from the moment I stepped on the property. Roaches on the floor walking into the hotel. Weird smell all throughout the building. When I got into my room there was mold on the walls, chips out of the walls and paint, sand still in the shower, floors were not swept and mopped as there was still sand on the floors, the carpet felt greasy and left my foot black from walking on it. There was also construction the whole time I was there. In the building and by the beach which limited beach space.

The place was filthy. There were dead bed bugs in the bathroom floor. We refused to stay.

Dated, dated and old

Upon arrival the man that checked me in was very rude. We called about a refund and even spoke with management. They offered us no solution just that they would speak with him. He gave no direction on amenities, where to park and slammed my credit card on the counter when he return it to me. I was disgusted with his attitude There was construction happening also which would have been nice to know prior to our stay. Pretty noisy at times.

We didn’t like the way the buildings are all crammed in together and the parking was not good. Just be mindful that you will have to park across the street in the parking garage and walk to your room. The breakfast is not really good.

if you are handicapped this is NOT the place to stay. I just do not understand having a big hotel (they call themselves a resort) and NOT having enough parking places for your regular guests?? How do you explain booking all these rooms & not having a place for them to park?? When we came back from eating out Sunday night, ALLof the lots were full. Across the street was FULL, cross another street, the parking deck was full. How are they allowed to operate like this! I did not even mention the HANDICAPPED parking, ...because there is none!! Three spaces at the South building, & three at the North building. All the spaces at the buildings should be Handicapped, & the first 2 or 3 spaces across the street in each row should be designated Handicapped. This is very important when you are choosing where to stay!

There wasn't anything I didn't like

Toilet broken.... asked to change my sheets first day, they never did. People in room next door arguing (didn't care) until it got physical and went to reception to call police....they never did. Overpriced and heartless.

Breakfast was not great but it was still okay.

Parking was too far from hotel
