Pros:

Struttura che ha soddisfatto pienamente le attese
Aspetti particolarmente positivi: ricca colazione; il parcheggio sempre assicurato e gratutito; il rooftop con piscina e ristorante

Cons:

Migliorabili sicuramente alcuni aspetti nel bagno:
- la tendina della doccia era ingiallita in fondo;
- non c'erano bagnoschiuma, shampoo e balsamo (in hotel 4 stelle DEVONO esserci);
- il tappetino antiscivolo nella vasca era giallo o ingiallito, non possiamo saperlo perchè l'ho solo spostatato e non toccato (il tappetino nella vasca/doccia deve essere bianco candido o trasparente, di nessun altro colore)

Pros:

Location, staff is very friendly and nice rooftop

Cons:

1- Common areas are always smelly specially lobby at night ( smells like urine)
2- for more than 200 euro a night i do expect better quality as rooms, room service ( 2 small bottles of water for free for the whole 5 nights
3- leaking water from the shower to the toilet floor
4- room arrangement and cleaning was not always optimal
5- breakfast is average for the price we paid, good croissant , no fresh juices only draft artificial ones, same breakfast almost everyday no big variety

Πολύ μέτρια για τ χρήματα που ζητούν

Είχε πολύ ωραίο πρωινό. Ευγενικό προσωπικό κοντά στην πλατεία Σολωμου

Cons:

Τρίκλινο μικρός χώρος καναπές αντί για τρίτο κρεβάτι με τιμή ακριβή. Τ έγραφε μέσα αλλά χρειαζόμουν δωμάτιο λόγω της εορτής του Αγίου
Είχε αίμα η μαξιλαροθήκη κ η μια πετσέτα ή ήταν βρώμικη ή είχε σημάδια που δεν έβγαιναν

Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at Palatino Hotel and would definitely recommend it.

The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, polite, and always greeted us with a smile. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options. The beds were very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The location is excellent — the hotel is close to both the beach and the city center, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The hotel was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, with very good hygiene standards. We also appreciated the daily change of towels in the bathroom.

The only downside was the size of the rooms. The room we were given was relatively small for three adults, so a little more space would have been appreciated.

Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again!

Very good option in zante town
Pros:

Location is very nice, just 5 min walking to
Main shopping area. Beds were comfy and breakfast was good

Cons:

The water in the shower and bathroom maybe is desalinated
And the taste is not good
