we visit the cape every year and this hotel is by far our most favorite and we will stay again!
Pros:

I loved the cleanliness of the hotel. the Acs worked well also and i enjoyed how big the beds were. the outdoor pool was very fun and i like that they give you the option to cook on the grill.

Cons:

the breakfast food was cold, and there weren't many options left when we got there, with there being another hour and a half left of the breakfast according to the hours.

Overall, great location and good enough!
Pros:

Great location, pool and breakfast were ok. Room was not as clean as I would like but it was clean enough. Its ok.

Cons:

The pool was not clear but murky, the bathroom and sink had red rims on faucet and others hair around. The toilet was not really clean throughly. Very great AC for a very hot summer stay. Beds were good. We kept our bikes locked up on property overnight safely.
Breakfast had many continental options however the eggs were very runny and watery. The muffins and waffles were great. Overall stay 7/10

Great location and the pool was nice.

Cons:

Our AC on the second level was not working properly. They sent a cleaning lady to try to fix it. It read 86 degrees in our room and she said the AC was working. We called again on Saturday morning and when we got back that evening the AC was a little better but sill not cool and it was too hot July 4th weekend to be on a second level with no AC. Also, the breakfast was not very good.

Great location.
Pros:

Close to everything you need in town, farther from the beach but no big deal. Loved having both outdoor and indoor pools as it inevitably rains every time we come to the beach. Kids loved it. Beds were comfy.

Cons:

While there was a coffee maker in the room, there was no plug in sight for it where it was stationed. Also very random plugs elsewhere in the room which isn't terrible, just odd.

Had a great stay as always
Pros:

Have stayed here many times. Central to all we need to do :) staff are always welcoming and especially over July 4th, the pool was the best!

Pros:

Cons:

The shower knob was a little finnicky in controlling the water temperature and finding the sweet spot between too hot and cold.

Really enjoyed our stay here - check in fast and efficient and staff v pleasant . Room nice and spacious and v clean - w

Great room with bedroom upstairs as we were travelling with teenage son and gave everyone own space - staircase was fine for us but could see elderly or anyone with poor mobility struggling to get up and down as it’s spiral . Room was clean and spacious and check in was fast and efficient . Would return

Nothing to be honest - was ideal however would say you need a car ( or you could get a taxi into town as not sure you could walk )
