Loved our 4 night stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious. A small selection on hot food. Fruit, cereal , bakery products and a selection of cold meats.
Our room was on the 6th floor. Huge room and a huge bathroom.
The bed was very comfortable.
Location was amazing. Very central.

Cons:

Not a lot of storage considering how big the room was.

It’s a gem of a boutique hotel!

It is a gem of a hotel!
Everyone from Reception, Concierge, Housekeeping, Breakfast & Bar staff were all friendly, professional & helpful. This boutique hotel is decorated in a a lovely artistic way to suit the Portuguese heritage feel. The location is really great, central, also round the corner from the restaurant Solar dos presuntos,was a bonus - quite expensive admittedly however the food & service was excellent. The rooms were super clean with a fridge, our room had a large bathroom.
Overall would recommend staying here & looking forward to our next visit.

Cons:

The hallway to respective rooms was a bit dull not only with lighting but decoratively speaking in comparison with rest of hotel.

Perfect boutique city hotel. Charm, value, and comfort
Pros:

The Heritage Avenida Liberdade is perfect mixture of charm and comfort. Well situated in the city for walking and restaurants and its staff made our stay even more special.

A second visit 😍
Pros:

We returned agsin this year as we were seeing Iron maiden again . The hotel was even better , if that was possible. Staff delightful. Room wonderful , bed so comfortable and bathroom great and amazing air con as it was 39 degrees outside . The complimentary pastel de nata , coffee and port is a wonderful treat when you come back from a day walking a d sightseeing.
Would not hesitate to recommend or return , in fact it is now our go to in Lisboa . Thankyou
