Main Elevator not working
Nice hotel and lovely staff. Large room and bathroom with dual sinks. Very central location. Fitness facilities available at hotel with small pool that were open 24 hours a day.
Gym room was quite small with one treadmill, indoor bike, and cross trainer. Not enough room to put mats down for floor exercises despite having mats available. Max weight dumbbells of 10kg.

Location of the property was great. Easily walk to main areas of city, metro and Rossio train station. The hotel is so lovely. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful in a very genuine way. Our hotel room was so spacious and comfortable. It is traditional room overlooking the Main Street. The Lisbon festival was on so watched from our room. The breakfast was great and the lobby decor is unique. Port in room and in lobby to help yourself a really nice touch.

Great location, our room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The Buffet Breakfast is good and has a range of hot and cold foods. The staff were attentive and very helpful. I would be happy to stay there again

From the location, to the staff, to the beautiful appointments, this boutique hotel is all you need for a wonderful visit to Lisbon. If only one thing I can point out.... but this is at quite a few Portugal hotels... the bathtub/shower is dangerous for older guests. But this is something Portugal Tourism as a whole needs to address... we love Pousadas and find the same issue. That, however, does not detract from all the other benefits .... great breakfast, great location, beautiful room, many complimentary perks and professional and personable staff. Highly recommend Heritage Ave Liberdade
