Small boutique hotel in excellent location. Staff were amazing and the room was brilliant

We loved everything about this lovely boutique hotel. The location is excellent as the property is located along a tree-lined boulevard in the heart of a luxury brand shopping area. Our room was spacious and well-decorated and very quiet, despite being located on a busy boulevard. We found the bed to be very comfortable with high-quality linens, bathrobes, nice bath products, a varied and expansive breakfast, and lovely staff. I spent a lot of time researching hotels in Lisbon and would definitely stay here again.

Es hermoso, cómodo y limpio. Cerca de las calles de mayor actividad en Lisboa pero silencioso para descansar. El desayuno es bueno y tienes café y snacks durante todo el día cerca del lobby. De bienvenida te dejan un vino delicioso en la habitación como cortesía, fue un rico detalle.

We stayed here for three nights and had a very nice experience. The staff are incredibly helpful and welcoming. The rooms are good size and very comfortable. The breakfast is well appointed and available from early till late. I stated before there is coffee and pastries available all day as well as port if you need something extra. There were a few minor issues in the room, including a broken table light and a acting up door knob to the bathroom overall this day was great and the location is excellent.

The location was excellent. Close to most activities and next to a major train stop. The property itself is nice clean and comfortable.

The Heritage Avenida Liberdade Hotel is in a great location. It is in/near Baixa and within easy walking of distance of Chiado, Bairro Alto, the Alfama and Principe Real. It is a small hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was on the fifth floor overlooking the tops of the trees lining the Avenue and in the distance you could see a bit of the river. It was a large room with a very comfortable king size bed and a large bathroom. My husband said that he thought while the air conditioning adequately cooled the room, the humidity control was a bit off. I didn't think it was a problem. One thing we particularly enjoyed is that they served a very generous breakfast in their lobby between the hours of 7:30 and 12. We appreciated the fact that they served breakfast late when we wanted to have a lazy morning, and that breakfast was served early when we needed to leave for an early morning flight. The hotel also continued to offer coffee, tea, port and some pastels de nata and other cookies and cakes in the lobby after breakfast ended. It was great to come back after a long day of sightseeing to a hot cup of tea.

The second time we stayed there and again, very good. Love the place, the location is very good, excelente breakfast , really friendly crew AND love the port in the room!

Beautiful and spacious room, great location and excellent service, as demonstrated by the decanter of port wine awaiting us as well as the complimentary champagne delivered to our room. The breakfasts were delicious and coffee, snacks and a bar in the lobby provided a warm welcome.
