The manu was tasty to be in santa Fe great value but I took 1 hour to get to the Zocalo 45min to polanco almost 1hour too coyoacan far from the good museums but very close to shopping center Santa Fe ... you must to go and eat at SYLVESTRE at the mall 10/10 you need reservations... YOUR WELCOME

Hotel staff was always very helpful, whenever anything was requested, the response was efficient and attentive.
Breakfast buffet was good, not great, I'd rate it with a B. Cleanliness was top notch, and it was an ideal location based on my specific travel needs.
There seems to be too little staff or not enough communication between staff areas. Our main interaction with the hotel, outside of the buffet was the pool. Saturday there was no music on, and the pool heaters weren't on. Internally dialing 9 for Front desk never worked, I always had to dial the hotel via my mobile, and dialed 1 for reservations and then I asked for what I needed. In this fashion I ordered lunch for my family Saturday afternoon, poolside. Sunday morning, pool towels hadn't been restocked and yesterday's lunch dishes were still there. Pool heater and music were on though, so it seems someone in charge of that, did their job but didn't alert the rest of the staff, dirty dishes were still there or towels were missing. Front desk didn't know the correct time the pool opened.

Rooms were nice, modern, spacious and comfortable. AC work perfectly. Shower pressure was superb. Soap, shampoo brand it’s great.
I did not like that the parking was not included. It’s the first hotel I had to pay for parking. Also I like dogs but are not fund of pet friendly hotels.

En Booking pone salida a la una y el hotel dice es a las 12

Que ofrecen alberca y está en mantenimiento y no se puede usar, me hubiera ido a otro hotel.
O me hubieran hecho un descuento por no darme todo lo que me ofrecen en la tarifa que me están cobrando.

La atención es excelente, no encontraba mi habitación y me llevaron hasta ella, está todo muy limpio y tiene una buena ubicación.
