We had a great few days
Pros:

It was very central. Really near central railway station and metro. Lovely breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Very clean and very quiet Staff very helpful and friendly. Happy hour great. Could almost substitute for dinner with the free buffet

Lift a bit small but really that’s being pernickity

Pros:

Super close Milan central, rooms are massive. Breakfast was a really good selection. Couldn’t hear any noises from outside or other rooms. I would stay here again if in Milan great value for money.

Pros:

La ubicación, muy cerca de Milano Centrale. Y fuera del barullo del Duomo.
La habitación con un AC estupendo (había ola de calor en Milán).

Pros:

Location, decent size room with good AC, and all the staff(different) consistently shows genuine hospitality and willingness to help with question or assistance. In our case, we have to leave our backpacks since our room is not ready and they leave messages for the next shift until we got our luggages late at night(airline lost our luggage).

It was ok.
Pros:

Close to restaurants

Cons:

We had to check in and walk across the street to a different location for our rooms. For cocktails or breakfast we had to go back to main hotel for those services. This was not disclosed when we booked months in advance. The price did not correspond to the quality of the hotel especially in a city like Milan.
