Fantastisk god service, meget venligt personale. lækkert pool område med poolbar. Meget stort udvalg til morgenmad, noget for én hver. Dejligt at man kunne bestille en bus ind til byen.

Where do I even begin ,the service here is truly in a league of its own. As someone who has stayed at some of the world's finest hotels, including Capella properties, I can say without hesitation that the level of care we received from your team rivals the very best I have ever experienced.
What set you apart wasn't just attentiveness ,it was the seamless communication between staff, the way you seemed to know us, and the extraordinary attention to detail that made every moment feel considered and personal.
We stayed in the honeymoon suite with our own private pool, and watching our two boys (aged 9 and 11) splash around in it during a rainy afternoon is a memory our family will treasure forever. The resort itself is an oasis, tranquil and beautiful in every sense.
A very special thank you to Claudia, whose warmth and care made such a lasting impression on us. And to every single member of the team ,you are the heart of this place.

Everything, it was like arriving to paradise... everything was perfect...

We came here to recuperate after travelling a lot and having done a jungle trek, and it was the perfect space to relax. Our room was gorgeous, and there was lots to do on site. The staff were also very friendly and attentive. Would absolutely come here again.

Traumhafte Anlage etwas außerhalb der Stadt. Viel Grün, sehr gepflegt mit allem was man braucht. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, geräumig und geschmackvoll ausgestattet.
Wir erhielten nach zwei Nächten kostenlos ein Upgrade auf eine höhere Kategorie, was noch mehr Platz für unsere Familie mit zwei Kindern bot.
Das Management und das Personal allgemein waren sehr fürsorglich, hilfsbereit und freundlich in jeder Situation.
Ausgezeichnetes und schmackhaftes Frühstücksbuffet mit einer nahezu grenzenlosen Auswahl an lokalen und auch westlichen Speisen.
Vielen, vielen Dank! Eine der besten Unterkünfte auf unserer langen Asienreise!

Probably one of our favourite hotel stays - we extended to stay longer. Our room was fabulous, a cottage next to a large, well-maintained pool. The bed was comfortable, shower and bathtub both great, and the room was big with its own patio and sunloungers. The breakfasts were amazing, huge choice with many items made to order. The spa facilities (especially the jacuzzi and sauna) were excellent and the massages were great. Free yoga available in the morning. Everything was spotlessly clean, and all the staff we encountered were incredibly friendly and polite (special mention to Nina who checked numerous times with us that we were enjoying our stay). Would very happily stay again.
