Sans doute notre meilleur hôtel au Vietnam
Pros:

Resort est exceptionnel
Très belle chambre avec balcon
La grande piscine époustouflante ( au moins 40 mètres )
Petit dej et restaurant délicieux
Massage et cours de yoga top niveau
Personnel au petit soins
Je pense revenir ici pour les prochaines vacances en famille
Jusqu’à présent c’était notre meilleur séjour au Vietnam

Très beau Resort avec de magnifiques jardins
Pros:

Resort bien placé, pas trop loin du centre et de la cité impériale. Très beaux jardins avec une piscine magnifique. Spa et massages très bien. Petit déjeuner au bord de l'eau très agréable. Personnel aux petits soins.

Resort is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by a refreshing atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to Ms Phuong at Reception and Ms Thanh from Customer Service for their outstanding support and warm hospitality. Exceptional service and a gorgeous resort.
Pros:

Exceptional service by friendly staff immediately when we arrived.
Superb presentation of resort facilities.
Looks even better in person.
Was linked up via Whatsapp so that we could communicate with staff should we need anything or have any queries.

Cons:

There was nothing i didn't like about this resort.

Pros:

Geweldige kamer in het adults only deel van het resort. zeer uitgebreid ontbijt buffet en ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Elke dag een verrassing in de kamer met een kleine attentie.

Incroyable
Pros:

Les piscines chauffées, le petit déjeuner incroyable, le cocktail d accueil avec le plateau de mises en bouche, l arrivée tardive et malgré tout la possibilité de profiter du cocktail offert. La moindre réclamation est tt de suite réglée. La gentillesse du personnel. La salle de jeux et piscine pour enfants. L emplacement qui permet de profiter de l extérieur.

Cons:

La piscine principale est interdite aux enfants de moins de 6 ans. Si on voyage seul avec un petit on ne peut pas en profiter. Même à deux c est un gros point négatif puisqu on doit se relayer à la piscine enfant sans pouvoir profiter de la piscine principale en famille. On nous a dit que c était pour la sécurité mais nous pouvons veiller nous-mêmes à la sécurité de notre enfant.

The best resort I have ever stayed! I will come back!
Pros:

This was the best value-for-money resort I have ever stayed at (and I travel a lot!). We ended up extending our stay by two more nights because we were enjoying it so much.


The staff were amazing. I was sick one day, and they immediately offered me ginger tea and checked in on me. They genuinely care about their guests.

They also organized all our tours and tailored them to our needs. As we were travelling with an infant, I was quite particular about the arrangements, and everything was handled perfectly.

The spa was excellent. The wellness facilities were an unexpected highlight. There is a fantastic gym, which is rare to find in a resort, as well as hot and cold jacuzzis, a sauna, steam room, and a beautiful yoga and meditation centre.

Overall, an exceptional experience that exceeded our expectations. We would happily return.

Cons:

Everything was perfect. The only minor improvements I would suggest would be adding drinking water in the recovery area near the sauna, steam room, and jacuzzis, as well as a bench in the gym where guests can place their belongings while working out.

Other than that, everything exceeded expectations.

전체적으로 시설, 분위기, 조식, 레스토랑, 마사지, 수영장 친절도 등등 뭐하나 빠짐없이
마음에 들게 아주 만족스럽게 쉬다갑니다. 이곳에 2일만 있는게 아쉬웠을 따름입니다.
니나 매니저분께서 불편한 사항은 없는지 수시로 체크해 주셔서 너무 편하게 잘 있었습니다.
초딩이 있는 세가족 총 9명이 함께 했는데, 모두 만족스러운 시간이었습니다!

Kommt dem Paradies auf Erden sehr nahe

Als Vielreisender und regelmäßiger Hotelgast kann ich Hotels sehr gut beurteilen – und das hier gehört definitiv zu den besten, die ich je erlebt habe.

Das Pilgrimage Village Resort & Spa ist eine wahre Oase inmitten des hektischen Vietnams. Schon der Empfang war einfach erstklassig und vermittelte sofort das Gefühl, wirklich willkommen zu sein.

Die Zimmer sind wunderschön, grosszügig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. das Frühstücksbüffet ist phänomenal.
Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist in Vietnam generell beeindruckend – hier jedoch nochmals auf einem ganz anderen Niveau. Man fühlt sich nicht einfach als Kunde, sondern tatsächlich als geschätzter Gast.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Nguyễn Thanh, den Guest Relation Manager. So freundlich, aufmerksam, entgegenkommend und gleichzeitig stets präsent – sie ist wirklich der gute Geist des Hauses.

Das Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb von Hué, was jedoch überhaupt kein Nachteil ist, da sechsmal täglich ein kostenloser Shuttlebus ins Zentrum fährt. Dafür geniesst man absolute Ruhe und Entspannung.

Wenn es im Paradies ein Hotel gäbe, würde es wohl Pilgrimage Village Resort & Spa heissen.
