Ocean Villas Hotel

When I booked the hotel I requested vegetarian meals for two throughout the stay. After that I called the hotel to make sure that the request will be met and I was assured that it will be so . 2:days before arriving at the hotel I called again and the receptionist told me that it will be organised. At the checking I again lay stress on the veg meals for two pax. But same was not done at all my family had to fork out from salads and potato and broccoli recipes which were available for everybody. Nothing was done to provide my family with some acceptable veg dishes. On our arrival in the room as we were three in the room and only 2 chairs were available in the room I asked the lady in charge at the reception to provide an additional chair which she said will be done. The same afternoon I called at the reception and the same lady told me that the person in charge to do same has already left. The chair was never delivered to the room. Before arriving at the hotel I asked if there was an exercise room and I was told that there was a mini gym close to the reception. So the following morning me and my son went at the reception and asked the butler if a gym was available he appeared confused and almost said he doesn't know when in fact the gym was there when I asked him whether we can use same he was hesitating and said he doesn't know and then maybe ,perhaps yes. Seeing this we left without using the gym. On checking out I told the same lady at the reception about not getting the chair. She just said Oh Yeah. Then I told her about not having any appropriate vegetarian meals she said maybe the hotel should accept bookings from vegetarians. Nothing to complain about the hotel infrastructure and restaurant staff.

L'appartement est agréable, mais très mal entretenu, draps sale, des cafard partout qui m'a réveillé, manque des équipements cuisine, balcon sans lumière brefff, gros problèmes d'hygiène

Very comfortable and clean and lovely bar and restaurant.
Good food offered at the buffet and decent breakfast. Staff very courteous and friendly, maybe one or two were not too friendly as an exception but overall thumbs up to everyone else. Great value! Its a must visiting and i will definitely do it again

Oceniamy tylko Apart Hotel - nie część hotelową. Nasz apartament był wykupiony przez prywatną osobę, więc rządził się innymi prawami. Na plus - przestronny i blisko basenu i plaży.

Femme de ménage sympa, le reste s'arrête la.
Il y a 2 propri9au moins, les deux ́ne s'entendent et font la guerre a l'autre... et aux clients des autres.
Extrêmement bruyant selon la fréquentation. L hotel ńe fait rien... et vous ne dormirez pas avant 3h00 du matin grâce aux bruits.
Au mieux le propriétaire vous dit d'appeler la police... superbes vacances nest ce pas ?

Pression d'eau inexistante dans la douche si un autre logement ouvre l'eau...

Et si par malheur vous faites une réflexion au sujet du bruit... la sanction tombe : plus de ménage


Un restaurant ouvert a tout public est au fond de l'hôtel, pres de la plage... très joli restaurant... qui a accueilli un mariage ... en plis du bruit, tous les invités passeront sous vos fenêtres... plusieurs fois dans la nuit, é criant et rigolant... ils sont en fête, cest normal.. mais la encore... oubliez votre nuit... dormez la journée, cest plus calme... faut aimer dormir la journée en vacances...


Ah... j'ai faillit oublier.. le personnel de l hotel vous dira que la piscine vous est interdite... Évidement... demandez de le mettre par écrit... la ce sera non ... donc on ira entre... mais mon éfiât de 9 ans avait entendu...et ne voulais pas y entrer parceque la dame a dit que cest interdit...magnifique

Pour de bonnes vacances... allez ailleurs !

Die Unterkunft ist nett und praktisch eingerichtet und liegt an einem (kleinen) Strand.
Die Unterkunft (mit Ausnahme der Abflüsse) war sehr sauber und wurde jeden Tag ordentlich hergerichtet. Das Wachpersonal ist sehr aufmerksam und äußerst freundlich.

L’accès direct à la plage, deux restaurants (buffet et asiatique) sur place et un italien à 3 mn à pieds en sortant. Le stationnement devant l’appartement et l’accès très rapide au centre-ville.
