Pros:

Everything was great, but what really impressed me and was truly excellent was the service provided by the lady on duty when we checked in—sometime between 5 and 6 PM. It was excellent customer service; she was so personable and warm, making us feel like family.

See above. Good but prices have risen

Coffee was good and free. The rest required payment, so I brought my own.

Cons:

I think there should be a free breakfast and parking included in price. It is getting a little expensive.overall good but has gotten more expensive than 1 year ago
