Location excellent
Very jaded, pool roof leaking onto poolside, staff not particularly interested in queries, we had to use two fans as too hot in the room and one of fans was very dirty it should have been cleaned before being lent out ,the other fan limping along not at full efficiency
Comfy beds and pillows .
The entertainment is fantastic and its beach front .
Beach facing dog friendly
Pool was old and needs be refurbished lots of broken tiles roof very mouldy very dirty and in lob
Ved in places
The location was great and breakfast was excellent
As I person with mobility issues, I looked for a property with disabled access.
While this one does have a ramp and a lift, it wasn’t mentioned that to use the disabled access and the ground level lift I would need to ring a bell and wait for a member of staff to come and open the door and switch on the lift. Every single time.
Not sure why the door couldn’t just be left open or operated by a key and not sure why I can’t be trusted to operate a single button lift that goes up 3 steps.
Also, 2 nights in a row my partner tried to get a coffee from the bar but couldn’t as both times it was being cleaned, at 9 at night. It’s a 24 hour service…. Or supposed to be.
Cleanliness ,good breakfast . Room comfortable .
Room not ready until 1hour after check in time . Staff not visible at reception and bar for long periods of time having to use telephone to alert staff . This does not give the impression of a professional level of service . This understandably leaves clients feeling unvalued .
Nice location hotel has a lot of stairs we booked a larger bedroom it only had one chair and there was 2 of us the toilet in the bathroom was very tight and next to the sink which had sharp edges room 275 only one lift in the hotel and it was very busy so a bit of waiting time to use it the breakfast was not very nice it was buffet stlye and becuase it was busy they where rushing the products out bacon very fatty cheao sausages greasy eggs and the fried bread so hard
As above
Location and facilities were everything we needed for our short break
Room comfortable and clean bathroom excellent all nice and spacious
Temperature in some parts of hotel uncomfortable particularly dining room
Top of hot food counter was greasey and not cleaned
Lovely Hotel.. great staff, good breakfasts, calm and chilled hotel.
The location for us was great as we were visiting both Blackpool and Lytham
This hotel really needs some upgrading. The family room we stayed in had seen better days, the balcony floor tiles were all broken and not secure, very dangerous to be honest. The bathroom is way too small for 4 people. The beds were mostly comfortable. Not enough plug sockets that could be used, again not suitable for 4 people sharing. Creaky floor boards meant you could hear the upstairs room getting up for a wee in the night! Reception staff didn’t engage really, not particularly welcoming I have to say but the breakfast waiting staff all very friendly and helpful youngsters! Well done to them! Breakfast was good, I had the cooked breakfast which was cooked well and tasty with plenty to offer along with drinks as wanted.
The location and liked the pool, gym and sauna, staff were also friendly.
The room was dated and felt unclean.
The shower was broken, didn’t find out until the morning we were leaving so unableto shower, there was mould in the bathroom, cobwebs on the ceiling, looked like someone had opened a drink and was up the wall, so overall very disappointed in the room.
Staff were lovely and helpful. Room was dated but comfortable
Window lock was broken so couldn’t secure the room, but it was warm so no need to. Although come winter and wet weather this would need fixing
Good location and parking.
Nice bed linens and towels.
Enjoyed the female singer. Reasonable breakfast
Oh dear. This hotel is in need of a complete makeover and refurbishment. It is very tired. Our bedroom was a good size but it was very dusty. Wall paper peeling, damp patches, thick dust on skirting boards, ripped light shades, splashes on walls and TV screen. There was rust and mould in the shower too. Poorly fitted carpet with frayed edges.
Food was ok. The pool had grimy tiles and the wood on the sauna was rotten. I do not recommend this hotel, pay a bit more and go elsewhere
Lovely big room for the family
Great pool
Lovely breakfast
The room we had (40) very long walk which wasn't ideal with my elderly mother.
We had the best time at Inn on the prom the room was amazing and clean great views, breakfast was lovely just a fab hotel
Great location, lovely spacious room and the food and staff were amazing
Not much other than I couldn't regulate the shower
Very good location, ample parking
Very much in need of redecoration of bedroom areas. Bedroom windows very dirty, shower temperature very difficult to set
