The location is conveniently close to the train station, bus terminal, and city center.
I was charged twice due to a mistake by a new employee.
I had already paid through Booking.com, but when I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist asked me to pay again. I questioned this because I was certain that the reservation had already been paid through Booking.com, and for a lower amount. However, she insisted that no payment was registered in their system, so I paid again because I had been traveling all day and was too tired to argue further.
After reaching my room, I turned on my laptop and verified that I was correct. Booking.com had already charged my card, and I was not supposed to pay the hotel directly.
I went back to the reception desk to request a refund, but the employee did not know how to process it. She asked me to speak with her night-shift colleague the next morning. Unfortunately, the night employee did not know how to handle the situation either and had to consult the manager.
During the second day of my stay, I received an email stating that the amount had been refunded. However, I have not seen any money returned to either my bank account or my credit card statement.
I tried contacting the hotel again, but the employees told me they were new and needed to speak with the manager. I still have not received any further response or my money back.
In addition, the ventilation system in the room was very noisy, and I had to turn it off in order to sleep.
The TV in the room did not have any regular channels available. While it offered a variety of apps and streaming services, guests needed to use their own accounts to access any content. This may work well for younger guests who regularly use streaming platforms, but it was inconvenient for anyone expecting standard television channels.
Frokosten var god, og hjalp godt på helhetsinntrykket.
Beliggenhet for rom 302 var sjenerende pga mye støy på natten, spesielt på morgenen. Var umulig å sove fra 0500-0530 fram til frokosttid pga kombinert støy fra mye morgentrafikk både på vei og jernbane rett utenfor vinduene på rommet.
Liker stilen på hotellet og at det er restaurant, salong og kafe' i huset.
Rommet var mot jernbanen og gata. Noe støy.

En heis som ikke ville slippe oss ut med en gang. Har en litt heis skrekk ble det en del trapper å gå for de med vonde bein.
