Aluguei um apartamento para e outro para minha família.
Ambos em péssimo estado, tudo muito degradado e com infestação grave de formigas.
Falamos à receção do problema e não resolveram. Tivemos que ser nós a comprar produtos no supermercado local para acabar com os formigas.
No meu apartamento assim que chegamos uma gaveta partiu -se de tão podre que estava..
Depois não tinham feito a limpeza da casa de banho, tínhamos um sabão usado pelos antigos hóspedes e respectivos papéis, super nojento.
No apartamento da minha mãe nem o lixo trocaram dos hóspedes anteriores.
A limpeza é PÉSSIMA!
Os únicos pontos positivos são os funcionários que são simpáticos.
A piscina e espaço exterior são agradáveis
Vim para este sítio há uns bons anos atrás e era bom, não sei o que aconteceu mas ficou horrível.

I rented one apartment for myself and another one for my family.
Both apartments were in terrible condition, extremely run-down, and had a serious ant infestation.
We reported the problem to the reception, but nothing was done to resolve it. In the end, we had to buy ant control products from the local supermarket ourselves to get rid of the ants.
In my apartment, as soon as we arrived, one of the drawers fell apart because it was so rotten and worn out. On top of that, the bathroom had not been properly cleaned. There was a used bar of soap left behind by the previous guests, along with the used soap wrapper, which was absolutely disgusting.
In my mother's apartment, they hadn't even emptied the rubbish bin from the previous guests.
The cleanliness throughout the property is terrible.
I stayed here several years ago, and it was a great place. I don't know what happened, but it has become absolutely awful.

Apartamento espaçoso, mas mobiliário muito velho.
Muito má limpeza.
Troca de toalhas só foi feita 4 dias depois.

- El apartahotel tiene pocos enchufes y solo los tiene a la entrada de cada habitación, hemos tenido q comprar un extensible porque necesitábamos conectar una máquina necesaria para respirar
- Hay hormigas

Os estores não fechavam entrou muita luz do dia, os garfos eram de sobremesa

O apartamento que nos calhou deixou um pouco a desejar. Camas velhas e nada confortáveis. Os quartos eram virados para a estrada principal e ouvíamos todos os barulhos da rua.

All the stairs to the rooms staff dog ignorant rooms very out dated bed are very very bad room was never cleaned once

Péssimo, ar condicionado avariado, internet avariada, televisão avariada, formigas em todo lado incluindo camas, cozinha, sofás etc… funcionários a irem fazer manutenção às 23h30

No geral estava tudo bom.

Apartamento cheio de formigas na cozinha, teias de aranha no teto e janelas. Não havia uma esponja da louça nem detergente.

Needs an upgrade. Very dated and some of the windows in both units we rented would not close, sense of security while sleeping a bit off at times. Cables hanging out from behind the mirror in one the bathrooms which was covered with clear sellotape and not electrical tape, very dangerous in a bathroom. It could do with some refurbishment, we didn't mind as the price was out of season time, but if I paid full season price I would have definitely complained.

A limpeza nos quartos. A qualidade das frigideiras que não são antiaderente. Poderia ter mais utensílios de cozinha. Falta uma cafeteira.

Falha na qualidade da Internet e televisão; o apartamento fica bastante quente, o ar condicionado não funciona.

We checked in at reception and once we arrived at the room it was still being cleaned, therefore we went for a drive around town and when we returned the apartment had a disgusting clogged since with remenants of shaved hair and some floating items ie toothpaste etc. ( disgusting ) complained to reception that afternoon on our way out to dinner, when we returned we checked on ETA they told us staff would remediate issue in the morning. When we returned that afternoon to the room the sink was untouched and remained this way til until we checked out on the 3rd night. Major disappointment
