Cons:

מתנצלת אבל המלון הכי פחות טוב בשהות שלנו במחיר הכי גבוה ששילמנו. חדרים ישנים, לא מוארים. הטלפון והמייבש שיער בכלל לא עבדו בחדר. מיקום לא המלון לא אטרקטיבי. מסעדת המלון יקרה עם מנות קטנות ולא טעימות, קידס קלאב קטן בלי שום עניין לילדים. לא מומלץ

كانت تجربتي مع الفندق مخيبة للآمال، خصوصًا أن سعر الجناح كان مرتفعًا مقارنة بما حصلنا عليه فعليًا.

حجزت جناحًا كبيرًا على أساس وجود مطبخ صغير، لكن المطبخ كان عبارة عن ثلاجة وميكروويف وحوض فقط، دون موقد أو أدوات طبخ. لذلك لا أنصح بهذا الفندق للعائلات التي ترغب في الطبخ وإعداد الطعام بأنفسها، لأن المطبخ غير مناسب فعليًا لإعداد الوجبات.

كذلك، واجهنا مشكلة بخصوص المكواة، حيث لم يتم توفيرها لنا إلا بعد الترقية، رغم أننا كنا قد حجزنا أحد أكبر الأجنحة في المنتجع.

أما وجبة الإفطار، فلم تكن مناسبة لنا كعائلة مسلمة. كانت خيارات الطعام التي استطعنا تناولها محدودة جدًا، واقتصرت تقريبًا على الأطعمة النباتية والبيض. لذلك أنصح العائلات المسلمة بالتأكد مسبقًا من خيارات الإفطار قبل الحجز.

بشكل عام، كنت أتوقع مستوى أفضل بكثير مقابل السعر الذي دفعته. للأسف، التجربة لم تكن بالمستوى الذي توقعتُه، ولذلك لا أنصح به للعائلات، خصوصًا لمن يبحث عن جناح مناسب للطبخ أو عن خيارات إفطار مناسبة للمسلمين.

A disappointing experience for the price

My experience at the hotel was disappointing, especially considering the high price we paid for the suite.

I booked a large suite expecting a kitchenette, but the kitchen consisted only of a refrigerator, microwave, and sink, with no stove or cooking utensils. Therefore, I would not recommend this hotel for families who want to cook and prepare their own meals, as the kitchenette is not actually suitable for cooking.

We also had an issue with the iron. It was not provided unless we upgraded our booking, even though we had already booked one of the largest suites at the resort.

As for breakfast, the options were not suitable for us as a Muslim family. The food we could actually eat was very limited and was mainly limited to vegetarian options and eggs. I would therefore recommend that Muslim families check the breakfast options carefully before booking.

Overall, I expected a much better experience considering the price we paid.

Perfect for families, couldn’t really fault anything!
Pros:

We couldn’t really fault this place, had everything we needed and the Happy Baby room was absolutely perfect for us, they had practically thought of everything you need. The garden was lovely, our kids loved the pool and slide. Would highly recommend this hotel especially for families.

Cons:

The main restaurant was more expensive than we expected, especially for breakfast so we ate outside of the hotel

Cons:

L’hôtel était en travaux donc on avait du bruit et notre chambre n’est pas du tout lumineuse avec un mobilier vieillissant
La clim était très forte, il faisait un bruit infernal

Okay won’t return to location Kamala Sunwing far better

We are returning Sunwing customers no acknowledgment.
Too much work going on at resort. Eg.AC in reception, AC Block 4 level 3, Piaks Kitchen renovation. Block 3 even seemed empty & closed up.
Noise from Block 5 level 4, made a complaint to reception on one night, this wasn’t lodged noise continued. I went to reception next morning they weren’t aware of complaint. Noise continues through holiday except for one night when I was contacted by reception staff(very pleasant staff member) that following morning & confirmed it was ok, unfortunately noise continued.
Pool towel pick up has different hours to pool opening hours….why? You have 6 pools & a shorter pool towel pick up & drop off. Eg went out for the morning on a tour, came back & couldn’t get towels until 2:00?
