The suite was good, space and modern
The classic room was tiny, it couldn’t even fit two suitcases. The air con didn’t work. Was dirty and we paid more on bookings.com than if we had booked direct. The male staff weren’t helpful at all. The wi fi barely worked. I’d say this is a 2 star as was also dirty
Camere piccole ma molto pulite e accoglienti
Great location for the hotel. Quiet and safe area of Paris, close to the underground. In the surrounding area, you’ll find lots of cafés, restaurants, shops, and more. Very good option for travelers.

The rooms were small , but the beds were very comfortable and it had a/c.

Size of rooms and the bathroom
Extra cost for continental breakfast, I expected it in with the high cost of the room, but it was a other €16/person.
Location was great and everything was clean. The only thing is that the room was very small. Everything else was excellent.

Kleine Zimmer, kleines Bad und noch kleineres Bett, das Frühstück ist doch eher unterdurchschnittlich und es hat kaum Platz im Frühstücksraum.
Relaxed 24hour reception so you can come and go without hassle. Just the best location for access to the city without being too busy, nice restaurants nearby. Handy for the bus to Gare du Nord.
Nothing really, but would just say the soap bottle in the shower/was empty. No big issue for us as we had our own.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean, recently renovated room. Free hot drinks and water 24/7 from a self service water cooler and coffee machine at reception. Location was just perfect. Walkable to gare du nord, lots of picturesque streets full of quintessentially Parisian cafes, restaurants and bakeries. Great value for money for the location.
Rooms are very small but this was clear when booking and we were happy to compromise for the location.

Staff were friendly and nice.
Twin bedroom, extremely small. Breakfast was basic and had to eat cereal with a teaspoon, not ideal. I think the photos are quite misleading. Our shower tray and the lower tiles were disgusting, which I pointed out but the other twin room's shower was just as bad. People we spoke to in other rooms didn't have that problem.
