备用卫生卷纸的位置太糟糕了，马桶的水和排泄物会轻易的溅到毫无包装和防护的卫生纸上面，非常非常恶心！

保洁员工看起来很粗心，
1、我用了棉签，保洁人员补充的是浴帽，结果物品里两个浴帽，没有棉签；
2、补充的物品漏掉铺地毛巾和长毛巾。

Service décevant. J’ai demandé une réservation dans un restaurant, qui m’a été confirmée oralement. Malgré ma demande de confirmation écrite, celle-ci ne m’a jamais été envoyée — et au final, aucune réservation n’avait été effectuée. Propreté moyenne.
