Very lovely setting and nice historical Manor House - would recommend
Pros:

I thought this place was very lovely.

The room was clean / the manor was great / the Georgian architecture was very lovely.

The only things that I would say and this is me being fussy -

Is

1) shower is one of those bath showers and I’m not keen on them - however - this does go in line with the old feel.

2) the fan in the room didn’t work /

And I contracted reception and they didn’t pick up - and I tried them multiple times - however - it was quite late and I could have got my lazy bones over to reception in person and collected a substitute fan - but it wasn’t too bad to be honest.

3) tv is VERY MUCH out of date.

4) tap was leaking but I told reception. - they said they would sort it -

Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and I would definitely stay here again.

Thanks for a lovely stay.

Nice location a property that’s all I can record.
Pros:

Nice location . Room good

Cons:

Unfortunately for me they had a wedding which meant loud music all evening until 11.30 and I mean my room was a boom box.

Breakfast not served until 8 which is late if you need an earlier start. And in truth they were not ready at 8 staff only arrived at 7.50 am.

Lovely location, would stay again
Pros:

This hotel is in a lovely location, I stayed for 1 night with my parents, both the rooms we had were spacious and thankfully not too hot in the heatwave. There is a small fan in the room which was a lifesaver. The hand soap/shower gel provided is lovely and the room was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was great although no mention of being able to order things like eggs on toast etc. My dad stayed a few months ago and said it used to be table service but it is now a buffet style where you help yourself. The hot food was fine but some fruit/yogurt would have been nice as it was all hot food & pastries. I'd definitely stay again.
