Lovely hotel, shame about cheap flimsy plastic glasses in the rooms and 3 euro for a sun bed towel

We got upgraded to a suite which was amazing .. great location, lovely pool, plenty of sun beds.

Cons:

Thin flimsy plastic glasses in the suite, just 1 real glass.. with a fully stocked mini bar, seemed weird not having a glass to drink out of … towels are 3 euro a day, non refundable, seems a bit unnecessarily tight.. at BnB leats refund when the towels are handed back.
I had a cheese burger for lunch, tasted like it had been microwaved..

A peaceful and comfortable stay with kind, accommodating staff.
Pros:

A peaceful and comfortable place, perfect for a one-night stop. The beds were very comfortable, and we especially appreciated the kind staff who kindly allowed us to enjoy breakfast in bed even after breakfast hours.

Cons:

The facilities are a little dated, but they are well maintained and did not affect our stay.

Niets, het ligt uit het centrum maar daarvoor speciaal gekozen omdat je in je bologna je auto toch niet kwijt kan.

Pros:

Breakfast was good and the food in Garganelli restaurant was excellent.

Cons:

Marzena in Garganelli lacks good customer service and was rude on more than one occasion.
Jim was a delightful member of staff and corrected her errors.

Cons:

Im Zimmer funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht, obwohl eingeschalten , gefühlt 40 Grad im Dachgeschoss Zimmer, änderte sich auch nicht nach Reklamation an der Rezeption, Lift funktionierte bei der Anreise auch nicht, mussten alles in den 3. Stock tragen.

De locatie is perfect om naar Bologna te gaan. Loopt afstand naar de bushalte en binnen 25 minuten ben je al in het centrum van Bologna . De accommodatie zelf is mooi en schoon.
