Je ne recommande pas un sejour dans cet hotel
Pros:

L’emplacement est tres beau. Le chateau et la parc sont magnifiques

Cons:

Le personnel manque gravement de professionnalisme. Ils étaient a la limite de l’insolence quand ils ont oublié notre réservation au restaurant gastronomique « everybody lnows that a fine dining restaurant closes before 8pm ».
Ils n’ont pas reagi quand tous les jours nous leur indiquions que la télévision de notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas.

Schönes Hotel, bis auf die Lage und den Service.

Schönes altes Gemäuer mit tollem Park !

Cons:

Einflugschneise Flughafen D‘dorf. Das Frühstück entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. 15 min Wartezeit für zwei aufgebackene Brötchen. Das Personal wirkte überfordert. Pfefferstreuer war leer, kein Salzstreuer auf dem Tisch. Bestelltes Müsli wurde nicht gebracht.
Schade, aber bei diesem Service sind die Sterne nicht gerechtfertigt !

Elegantes Boutique Hotel überzeugt durch tollen Service
Pros:

Sehr motiviert das gut geschultes Servicepersonal, sehr gutes Frühstück ohne Buffet, sondern serviert, und sowohl das Bistro wie auch das Sternerestaurant bieten top Qualität.

Cons:

Ein zumindest kleiner und feiner Saunabereich gehört schon dazu in einem Fünf Sterne Haus.

Können kaum abwarten wieder dei Ihnen zu sein❣️
Pros:

Herzlichen Dank für sehr freundlichen Empfang. Mein Zimmer war ohne Fahrstuhl erreichbar und der nette Herr an der Rezeption hat mir geholfen mit meinen Koffern und Hündin Maya. Es war Ostern und die Anlage war top gepflegt und viele sitzmöglichkeiten draussen haben für gute Stimmung gesorgt. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt!
