Pros:

Staff was nice and very attentive about the circumstances. Room was clean

Cons:

Breakfast was ok location was moved to a meeting room tight and cramp food was ok.
They had the lobby closed since it was being renovated and the smell of repair was through out the hotel. You could taste the smell in your morning breakfast also you could not use 1 of the elevators because of the renovations so we waited 10 minutes to get to our room from the 1st floor.

Pros:

I loved the breakfast layout. I enjoyed my interactions with Kartech and Bryce at check- in. Their customer service was top tier. Whatever you're paying them- they deserve a raise.

Cons:

There was a curtain panel missing in our room (508 of you would like to replace it.). The elevator situation is a nightmare. There weren't enough luggage trolleys. We had to carry all of our luggage down.
