Pleasant stay
Pros:

I loved the breakfast layout. I enjoyed my interactions with Kartech and Bryce at check- in. Their customer service was top tier. Whatever you're paying them- they deserve a raise.

Cons:

There was a curtain panel missing in our room (508 of you would like to replace it.). The elevator situation is a nightmare. There weren't enough luggage trolleys. We had to carry all of our luggage down.

My earrings got stolen, just really annoyed. There are no cameras on the floors, now I have to deal with this from out of town. They're looking into it.
they were very helpful in changing my rooms, the highway traffic is extremely noisy and the air conditioning units in the two bedrooms are so loud we could not sleep so they moved us to the sixth floor so it was a little better. The carpeting was stained, the mattresses are really broken in the other issue is you could smell pot all over the hotel, which is gross and it's not OK because it says it's a non-smoking facility, but they obviously are not enforcing us
