Abbiamo fatto un viaggio di gruppo itinerante e questo è il miglior hotel in cui abbiamo soggiornato. Ottima posizione, colazione favolosa, staff gentile e tutto molto pulito.
L’unica cosa che abbiamo trovato spiacevole è l’aria condizionata in sala colazione, era davvero troppo freddo!

駐車場の車の出し入れが大変そうでした。
エントランス入った所から非日常を体感出来る。
ドリンクサービスとか、アロマおてふきとか、パックとか、あったら嬉しいサービス満載でした。ベッド、枕の固さや高さも◎
当日の宿泊人数変更も快く対応してもらえました。
外に出れば人通りは多いが、一切騒音は聞こえなかったです。

あえて言うのなら、窓の外が建物工事現場で窓からの眺めは残念でした。
部屋が清潔で、ほかのホテルとはひと味違う設備を使えたので、とても今後の家電購入の参考になった。
夜中に部屋の通気口の微動音がうるさかったので、フロントに伝えたら、定期的に発生している事なのか、すぐ直してもらえたので助かった。だが、予め起こりうるとわかっているなら、部屋の清掃をする段階で確認して欲しかった。

Muy buena experiencia en general. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, las instalaciones están cuidadas y todo estaba limpio y en buenas condiciones. El personal fue amable y atento durante nuestra estancia.
La única pega es que las habitaciones son bastante pequeñas, algo que puede resultar un poco incómodo si llevas bastante equipaje.
En general, estamos muy satisfechos con nuestra estancia y lo recomendaríamos sin duda.

Excellent hôtel, le personnel est très accueillant et à votre écoute, la chambre était très agréable (manque légèrement de zones rangements) mise à part cela l’hôtel est très bien situé, juste en face de la bouche de métro qui vous amène en 5 minutes à shibuya et à 50m d’un seven eleven
