Cons:

Hotel an sich gut, aber nicht geeignet zum Sonnenbaden. In die Jahre gekommener Pool, keine Möglichkeit am See zu liegen, keine Atmosphäre. Für Strandtücher bekommt man eine Karte die man nicht verlieren darf, nicht dass was man von einen gehobeneren Hotel erwartet. Lieber auf die andere Seite vom Gardasee. Für Ausflüge und zum übernachten gut geeignet.

Comme à chaque fois pas une bouteille d'eau de gratuite n'attend les clients dans la chambre
Les qques places de parking prises obligent les clients à utiliser le parking payant à 6€ la nuit que nous avons pu avoir gratuit après requête
Hôtel vieillot, pas un palace du tout, un 3 étoiles un peu défraîchi, ça ne vaut pas le prix
La chambre est vide, littéralement, pas un second fauteuil, rien

Amazing fortnight in Gardone
Pros:

This is our 8th visit to Gardone, 4th in this hotel. We love the location which is beautiful and peaceful. The hotel and staff were as lovely as always. The food was amazing, especially the soups and desserts, however I would comment that the menu had an excessive amount of cheese on it (more than previous years). We had the same room as last year which we liked and it was kept spotlessly clean. Looking forward to returning next year.

Uns hat das charmante Ambiente und die gesamte Atmosphäre im Hotel sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Es war etwas laut, weil wir ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die stark befahrene Straße hatten. Mit geschlossener Balkontür ging es jedoch und wir haben gut geschlafen, teilweise wie die Steine.

Wonderful holiday
Pros:

I would have given 4.5 as just a couple of things didn't quite make 5 stars. First the positives, very warm welcome from the staff on reception, the staff in the restaurant and bar were lovely, professional, attentive and very friendly, couldn't do enough for us. The girls who cleaned the rooms were in every day, tea coffee and milk were always replenished. Fresh towels every day. Food in the restaurant was always good, plenty of choice for breakfast, dinner choices different every evening. Lovely pool area with plenty of sunbeds. Now the reason I couldn't give 5 stars. We were in room 210, it had a window which we couldn't leave open as it was facing on to a very busy noisy road. Also the shower head in our bathroom was a little loose so we often had a very wet bathroom floor which was very slippy. We would return but not with a road facing room.

Beautiful, elegant hotel with kind staff and good amenities.
Pros:

Nicely placed right on the promenade and lake. Staff were kind and helpful. Great pool area and beautiful setting for breakfast.

Cons:

No direct lake access for swimming, had to walk quite a ways to go swim. Power went out twice during the stay which was inconvenient because there was a heat wave and we had no AC!

All in all, it was not a 4-star hotel.
Pros:

The location was very good. But the hotel was old and not well maintained. The A/C went off many times while the heat wave was aweful. The pool bar was not staffed. The restaurant closed at 9pm. Breakfast is ok but only buffet.
