personale top e bagno molto bello per il prezzo pagato.

Cons:

abbiamo avuto qualche problemino con la porta della camera, le carte si smagnetizzavano ma il personale è sempre stato pronto ad aiutarci.

We would like to express how much we enjoyed our stay at the Porchester Hotel, in March. The hotel was excellent, and we were very impressed by the professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness of all the staff members.
We would especially like to mention the receptionist, Senha (we believe this is her name), who was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, helpful, and communicative throughout our stay. Her positive attitude and outstanding customer service made us feel truly valued and contributed greatly to our wonderful experience.
Please pass on our sincere thanks and appreciation to her and to the entire team.
We look forward to staying at the Porchester Hotel again in the future

Pros:

Siamo stati molto bene in questo hotel durante il nostro soggiorno a Londra. La camera era molto carina, pulita e accogliente. Il personale è stato sempre gentile, disponibile e professionale. Ottima esperienza, ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio fin dal primo momento. Lo consigliamo sicuramente e ci torneremmo volentieri!
