We spent 2 nights in room 203. Room was spotless and modern. Receptionist was very helpful. Location was great with 2 tube stations within easy reach. Breakfast was good, had to wait for table to be avail during the busy period.
No bar.
One of the staff was really helpful when I told her about the lighting was blinking intermittently. She checked it immediately and was helpful throughout our stay.
The lower ground room felt somewhat dated and would benefit from some renovation and maintenance in my opinion. During our stay, we found the packaging from refreshments by the previous guest on the table.
Unfortunately, we’ve found a cockroach in the room, caught it and reported the issue to the front so that it could be sorted. The initial response we received was that the hotel had not experienced this before.
Overall, these issues affected our experience and left us feeling that the room could have been better maintained and checked before our arrival.
La posizione
Soggiorno decisamente al di sotto delle aspettative. La stanza non era pulita: sul pavimento c'era sporco visibile, chiaramente lasciato da ospiti precedenti. Il bagno era minuscolo e scomodo da usare. Sul vetro della finestra c'erano escrementi di piccione mai puliti. Per finire, il materasso era vecchio e scomodo, con le molle che si sentivano chiaramente durante la notte. Un'esperienza davvero negativa, non consiglio questa struttura.

We moesten een beetje zoeken de eerste keer naar het hotel
The room was clean, and the amenities were quite adequate. Its location is a major advantage, being close to Hyde Park and the metro station. You can also easily find places like markets and cafes in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.
Well located for tube and parks and visiting around London
The hotel was nice and clean, great location next to Hyde park and the Queensway station so can travel around with ease. Staff were very friendly as well
In your room you can hear everyone that’s like 2/3 doors down so kept me up and in the middle of the night someone’s phone went off so woke up again from it and then someone’s alarm went off in the morning, The walls are very thin. Not a major issue but parking your car can be expensive
The location is the best of the property…with two metro station just 5min walk.
The cleaning in the room, were not done with perfection…sometimes we saw some garbage on the carpet, that’s how we realized that maybe the carpet they were not clean
