Pros:

View (booked the Twin Towers view), location, staff and the super convenient buggy service to Suria. Also, love the smell in the hotel hallways and the breakfast buffet was one of biggest I ever had with so many organised stations.

Location and the view

Cons:

The breakfast buffet was too chaotic, cramped like your in a school canteen or zoo. Didn’t have that luxury feeling more like a low cost hotel vibe. It’s also too dark not very welcoming and they don’t replenished the foods right away so even if you get there around 9-10 you’ll have to wait around. Some food station were messy too.

La habitación con vistas a las torres y el traders club. Vale la pena pagar un poco más y tener la opción de disfrutar del buffet del traders club

Cons:

Estuvimos hace unos 8 años y se nota el paso del tiempo pero está bien conservado aunque el la piscina había alguna rachola saltada y en la habitación algún detalle de limpieza que no nos gustó pero pero en general es muy buen hotel

موظفوالاستقبال لم يكونو بمعرفه عن الغرف حجزي مطل عالحديقه ولاكن غرفتي مطله على المفرنشن سنتر وغيرت الغرفه 3 مرات من الساعه 12 الى 5 اخذت الغرفه المطلوبه ولاكن دفعوني 219 رنقت للغرفه المطله عالحديقه كامله مع ان حجزي اطلاله عالحديقه كامله

Un emplacement exceptionnel !
Pros:

L’emplacement au pied des tours Petronas est canon pour quelques jours à Kuala Lumpur. Le niveau de service de l’hôtel est très bon. La literie est très confortable. Le bar et la piscine en skyview sont top !
