Fue todo fortuito pero se dieron las circunstancias juntas, como que el aire acondicionado no funcionó bien a pesar de los intentos de mantenimiento por solucionarlo, no encontramos parking ni en el Hotel ni en inmediaciones cerca, faltaron las toallas de piscina probablemente por un error con lavandería y entendiendolo también por la fecha ( mediados de Agosto) conseguir una hamaca en la piscina era difícil hasta entrada la tarde ..pero como les digo , todo circunstancial!!!

Aunque nuestra experiencia fue muy buena hubo un par de cosas que no nos gustaron. Por un lado, la cama hacía bastante ruido y molestaba durante la noche. Otra cosa fue la reposición de comida en el buffet. Algunos platos se agotaban rápido y tardaban en reponerlos, sobre todo si ya era última hora de comidas. El aparcamiento en la zona cercana al hotel es muy escaso y el hotel no ofrece suficientes plazas para los huéspedes.

La terraza no estaba muy limpia

Los postres muy básicos y mas aparcamiento para clientes.

The staff could have been a little warmer and friendlier. The female staff were very pleasant, but male staff were less welcoming. We also had an unpleasant experience when a staff member removed our towels from the sun loungers in a rather unfriendly manner, even though the hotel’s policy allows towels to remain for up to one hour. On the other hand, Mr. Osvaldo was exceptionally kind and friendly.

Que no tuviésemos parking disponible porque la zona para aparcar es muy complicada. Y de la habitación el único inconveniente fue que se nos estropeó el aire la última de las noches, pero como ya nos íbamos no fue tan grave

Una cama se movía y hacía mucho ruido

Oltre 1.000 euro per quattro notti per una camera al piano -2, in un sottoscala, con muffa, umidità evidente e tre lucertole dentro la stanza.

L’abbiamo segnalato alla reception pochi minuti dopo il check-in, chiedendo semplicemente di cambiare stanza. Risposta: nessuna soluzione. Nessuna alternativa, nessuna disponibilità, nessun tentativo.

La proposta di un’altra camera, comunque sempre nel sottoscala è arrivata la mattina dopo, cioè quando avevamo già le valigie pronte e avevamo deciso di andarcene. Troppo tardi, e comunque nello stesso identico piano da cui volevamo uscire.

Le aree comuni non erano meglio, pareti deteriorate, umidità a vista, pezzi di soffitto dei corridoi coperti con teli, degrado lasciato lì, davanti ai clienti.

Abbiamo prenotato quattro notti e ne abbiamo dormita una preferendo perdere il resto del soggiorno già pagato piuttosto che restare. Chi gestisce una struttura di questo livello di prezzo dovrebbe chiedersi come mai un cliente scelga di buttare via tre notti pur di non dormire lì. Sconsigliatissimo.

Overall, we had a very good impression of the hotel, but there are a few things that could be improved.
The shower often leaked water onto the bathroom floor, which was a little inconvenient.
We also had an issue with the beach towels. At first, we were simply told that there were no towels available, and reception asked us to wait. After 10–15 minutes, they were still not available, and only after asking again were we told that we would need to wait another 15 minutes. It would be helpful to give guests an approximate waiting time from the beginning.
We were also not informed about the dinner dress code at check-in, so on the first evening our son had to return to the room to change.
There were also a few isolated situations with staff. One waiter was rather reluctant when we asked to move to another table, although the issue was resolved immediately after speaking to the manager.
We also had an unpleasant experience with one of the chefs at the buffet. We pointed to a specific piece of fish or meat that we wanted, but he served us a different one. The first time, we assumed that he had simply misunderstood us. However, when it happened again, we clearly pointed out the piece we wanted once more, and his reaction was rather unfriendly. This made us feel that it was more than just a misunderstanding. It was quite unpleasant, especially considering that it was a buffet and we were simply asking for the particular piece we preferred.
However, most of the staff were very friendly and professional, so these isolated incidents did not affect our overall positive impression of the hotel.

Encontramos cucarachas dos días seguidos

A szálloda már nem a fénykorát éli, lassan ráférne egy felújítás.

Le sdraio nelle 2 piscine erano spesso tutte occupate. Ma si poteva sempre prendere un ombrellone con sdraio al mare, dove costava davvero poco.
