The food was amazing, and the environment was warm with friends.
The restaurant was cold and there was more space in the leisure centre for a jacuzzi but one of the other guests was telling me that they had one previously before the recent refurb.
Beautiful breakfast, very good ingridiances
We had room 1 and felt abit overkooked by people walking through the corridor who could see right through to our patio, maybe another bush in front of the window to corridor would help

Location for Birmingham
Disappointed with our stay, no mention of two functions until 4 days before our stay. Loud music both nights until 12am and alot of noise until 1am with people moving around and shouting. No where for a quiet drink because of the two functions, food was ok but avoid the pizza's as they are very dry. Overall a disappointing stay.
It was grand, spacious and very clean.

The decor of the hotel is really nice, the room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. Also the staff was very helpful and friendly.
The airconditioning unit, it wasn't easy to understand how to use it, but i got help in the end.
Great property the staff are amazing and will do anything for you.
