日本大通駅から地くて良かった。ラウンジでのドリンクサービスが良かった。

Pros:

どのスタッフさんも対応が丁寧でした。
部屋は清潔でベッドが快適でした。

Cons:

部屋にコーヒーが無かったことです。朝食は食べないのですが、朝食を注文しないとコーヒーはいただけなかったので、せめて部屋にコーヒーがあったら嬉しかったです。

フロントの女性スタッフが無愛想で、自分本位の作業でした。チェックインでそのホテルの第一印象がほぼ決まりますので、折角良いホテルなのに残念な思いになりました。
