location good if taking cruise as international port only 10 minutes walk , flat and an easy roll with suit cases. room ok size, twin room could fit 2 suit cases in room easily.

The room is spacious what is a great plus in Tokyo. Clean and comfortable.

I suppose the hotel is quite old - so the furniture and a bathroom floor are quite worn out. But all the bed sheets and towels are nice and clean, and a bed is very comfortable to sleep.

I arrived by car and was able to enter the hotel’s mechanical multi-story parking facility smoothly. One small point to note is that, on a rainy day, you need to walk about 20 meters outside from the parking area to the hotel entrance.

Check-in was available from 2:00 p.m., which was very helpful, and the process itself was extremely smooth. I stayed in a twin room, which had a proper desk, making it easy to use my laptop. The basic amenities were also well provided.
Another nice feature was the snack and free drink service available from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the hotel restaurant area. The location was also excellent, with both Chinatown and the Red Brick Warehouse area nearby.
Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and I would be happy to stay here again if I have the chance.
Location close to China Town, ten minutes walking distances to JR石川町 station, nice staff, clean room and comfortable beds, will come back again.
The room was a little small, Loved the breakfast. And we especially loved the snacks, drinks and complimentary wine in the afternoon. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when we first arrived as our flight from Australia got in really early in the morning and the staff got our rooms ready as son as possible, we were very grateful. Location was also very good.

The property was central to the cruise terminal and the rooms were clean and tidy. Every afternoon the hotel put on drinks and nibbles for the guests. The hotel was very good value for money. The rooms were quite soundproof, which is surprising for Japan.
The bed was a little firm for my liking but this was a minor issue.
Stayed at the JAL before a cruise around Japan - room was clean but small ! Very hot room on the first night due to someone setting the AC to heat not cool - perfect the second night!
The hotel is a 10 minute walk to Chinatown with hundreds of places to eat and shops.
Breakfast was included with many options. On the last day it was a easy walk to the cruise terminal.
