Nice hotel, very family oriented so not ideal for a couple.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable
Shuttle to the beach
Food was good, wide choice

Cons:

Not romantic, as it’s very family oriented and there are lots of kids.
Sea views mean also pool views, where there are kids screaming constantly during the day and shows at night.
TV is not smart and only has local channels.
Shuttle to the beach stops at 8pm and the hotel is up a hill, so it’s not easy to go out at night.

Pros:

The food was better this year compared to last year and most of the staff was friendly. The beds are comfortable. The AC even if it is old and loud, works properly.

Cons:

The balcony doors of room 151 didn't close properly. There was a gap of 1-2 cm and you could hear everything: the music, the people at the terrace below, the wind. When we asked for a solution, the answer at the reception was that the room is actually an "upgrade" and the technicians will come to fix it. This was not a new problem, as you could see that the door handle was "fixed" a couple of times(full of screws and rivets). The doors were not fixed and there was no follow up from the hotel staff. We know the facilities are old, but we expected functioning facilities according to the hotel star rating and what they advertised as a "soundproof" room.

Bella vacanza rilassante, soprattutto nelle casette con gli appartementi.

Gentilezza, pulizia, posizione, varietà del cibo.

Cons:

Il cibo, pur essendo vario non ha una propria identità. Insomma diventa noioso dopo due giorni. Poi la carne e il pesce in umido mediamene erano stopposi. L'animazione è meno di qualità rispetto a tre anni fa.
