Pros:

Good location, good price, nice staff. Quite rooms

Cons:

Low room maintenance and cleaning, very poor lobby buffet. Wierd smell in the room.

Excelente estadia!
Pros:

Localização perfeita!!!!!!
Quarto excelente tamanho, com várias comodidades.... um dos melhores que fiquei nessa trip pela Europa (Austria, Alemanha e República Checa).

Cons:

Infelizmente, dois dias seguidos, a cafeteira automática estava quebrada no momento do café!
Também, notei a pouca quantidade de frutas para o café da manhã.

Pros:

The check-in was quick, and the staff were professional and efficient. The room was neither too small nor too large, yet it was very atmospheric and comfortable. The beds were especially pleasant. The location is excellent and very central.

Top locatie, top ontbijt, maar accomodatie is geen 4 sterren waardig
Pros:

ontbijt was boven elke kritiek verheven: zeer uitgebreid en uitstekend van kwaliteit en versheid, voortdurend aangevuld en ook uiterst vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Ontvangst bij inchecken was ongeinteresseerd en niet bepaald vriendelijk. Er was een rustige kamer verzocht, we kregen een kamer met direct uitzicht op het plein met lawaai tot ver na middernacht. Er was vooraf om onze aankomsttijd gevraagd (tussen 12.30 en 13.30), bij inchecken werd alleen gezegd: de kamer is na 3-en beschikbaar. Uitchecken was even ongeinteresseerd, 4 man personeel was met elkaar aan het praten. Kortom: niet wat je verwacht bij een hotel dat 4 sterren claimt.

It was nice
Pros:

The staff was very nice and helpful, the breakfast was good and the location is amazing.
The windows blocked the outside noise Gratefully.
We were outside most of the day so the whole experience was okay for us.

Cons:

There was undefined noise in the it like something in the walls, refrigerator, or whatever and it wasn't pleasant.
The furniture looks old and many times the smell near the elevator on the 0 floor felt like a toilet room.

Schlechtes Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Zentrale Lage und gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Große Terasse im Ausblick.

Cons:

Die kleinen Zimmer sind mit abgenutztem billigem Mobilar ausgestattet. Es gibt keine Schubladen, um mal etwas zu verstauen und wenig Abstellfläche. Der Mini-Kleiderschrank hat wenige Fächer, dazu über Kopfhöhe, so dass man sie kaum benutzen kann. Man muss im Wesentlichen aus dem Koffer leben; selbstredend ist nur für einen Koffer Platz. Auch im Bad wenig Platz für Kulturtasche etc., sonst war es aber ok. Der Teppich war fleckig und wurde auch in 6 Tagen nicht einmal gesaugt. Der Vorhang war extrem schmutzig. Der Frühstücksraum ist ungemütlich und passt zu dem schlechten Kaffee aus der Maschine, die zudem häufig defekt war. Als Getränk gab es ein dünnes Wasser-Syrup-Gemisch. Die zwei Marmeladensorten kommen in kleinen Abpackungen und haben nur sehr entfernt mal eine Frucht gesehen. Die kleine Lobby des Hotels besteht im Wesentlichen aus einer Empfangs-Theke und zwei Sesseln. Dieses Hotel hat überhaupt keinen Charme und man fragt sich, wieso es sich Boutique Hotel nennt. 150 Euro für das Zimmer mit Frühstück war jetzt auch nicht gerade ein Schnäppchen. Insgesamt können wir dieses Hotel leider nicht empfehlen.
