Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, está fuera de zona de tráfico limitado y tiene parking. En dos minutos estás en calle central y en 10 minutos en la estación de tren.
Habitación amplia (para familia de 4). El desayuno variado y completo. Personal amable y atento.

Cons:

Nada que decir. Si vuelvo por la zona repetiré.

Für einen Kurzbesuch der wunderschönen Stadt La Spezia sehr zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Lage ist TOP, direkt in der Innenstadt. Man kann alles zu Fuss erreichen.

Cons:

Zimmer sehr sauber, aber schlicht eingerichtet, enge Dusche (80x80cm). Frühstück nicht sehr üppig und im untersten Geschoss, sah auf den Bildern besser aus.

Disappointed
Pros:

Rooms in the hotel was clean, recently renovated.
Unfortunately dining room was discussing, on the hotel photos looks everything super clean and tidy.
They are not.
Breakfast room -really dirty, AC units , windows frames, ceils. They are sticky and yellow/brown from dirt.

Breakfast-well.. nothing special, I stay here for two nights, two breakfasts , both days scrambled eggs cold, nothing special to choose from.

Betts options stay in hotel -eat somewhere else.

Pros:

Ottima struttura moderna e molto pulita, in posizione centralissima a ridosso della via centrale di La Spezia, ottima colazione a buffet. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Bonne accueil ,placé dans le centre ville. Réception parle français,donne Bonne conseils. Merci madame Sara.

Cons:

Douche trop petite. Chambré pour 4 petite. Salle de petit-déjeuner trop chaude.

Hotel otimo, café da manhã bom e funcionários atenciosos.

Cons:

Fica a uns 10 minutos de caminhada da La Spezia Central. Quem tem poucos dias em Cinque Terre isso pode atrapalhar a logística. O melhor é ficar em Monterrosso.
