La habitación era perfecta, espaciosa con un armario grande, tenía disponible la caja fuerte para dejar las cosas de valor ahí dentro. Tiene neverita en la habitación, el baño es espacioso.
El personal de la recepción eran un amor, súper amables y súper resolutivos .
Hôtel très bien situé entre la gare des trains et l’embarcadère pour visiter les cinque terre. Personnel très sympathique et à l’écoute pour nous conseiller.
Die Lage ist sehr gut
Wir waren nur zwei Nächte vor Ort. Beim Frühstück ist mir aufgefallen, dass die Schläuche der Kaffeemaschine starke Ablagerungen und Verfärbungen aufwiesen. Ich habe dies freundlich an der Rezeption gemeldet. Leider wurde offenbar nichts unternommen, denn am nächsten Morgen war alles unverändert.
Das Frühstück selbst war leider etwas eintönig. Es gab viel Süßes, aber nur wenig Auswahl an herzhaften Speisen.
Insgesamt hätten wir uns in diesem Bereich etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit für Sauberkeit und eine abwechslungsreichere Auswahl beim Frühstück gewünscht.

La colazione povera e male organizzata, il personale mentre stavo prendendo le pietanze mi ha spostato telefono e portafoglio da un tavolo da 2 per far accomodare altri 2 ospiti spostandomi le cose ad un’altro tavolo.
We had a lovely stay at CDH La Spezia. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent — very rich, fresh, and with plenty of choices.
A special thank you to the wonderful girls at reception, who were incredibly kind and helpful. We had an unexpected situation when our car was towed by the police, and they went above and beyond to help us and guide us through everything. Their support truly made a stressful situation much easier.
Thank you for the warm welcome and exceptional hospitality. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend CDH La Spezia!
