Hôtel idéalement placé pour visiter les 5 terres
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé dans le centre de la Spezia (un ascenseur vous mène directement dans une rue piétonne).
Très bien situé pour prendre le bateau à pieds pour les 5 terres, proche de la gare et de tous les restaurants.
Personnel très accueillant et sympathique, parlant français. Grande chambre propre et bonne literie. Petit déjeuner copieux.
Possibilité de demander à l'avance une place de parking, peu de place de stationnement dans la rue (12 € par nuit).
Partenariat gratuit avec une salle de gym à proximité.

Pros:

Globalement hôtel confortable, plutot bien équipé. Un peu compliqué d'accès du fait de la géographie de cette ville.
Difficile de stationner devant l'hôtel même pour charger ou décharger ses bagages, un effort pourrait être fait pour règler ce problème. Le parking privé situé un peu loin mais très correct est assez difficile à trouver, mieux vaut avoir un GPS.
Petit déjeuner dans les standard, rien de plus. Chambre également. Par contre SdB digne d'un 3 étoiles (à peine), douche minuscule, porte ne ferme pas, à l'arrivée une seule serviette, bref, ne correspond pas au prix demandé.

Pros:

Petit déjeuner est moyen ,la charcuterie sentait un peu la date limite de consommation.
L'emplacement de l'hôtel est vraiment proche du centre-ville.
La literie était vraiment en mauvais état.
Pour le dernier jour ,ils m'ont changé de chambre.
C'était vraiment mieux. Le lit était bien il y avait une terrasse. Quand même plus agréable qu'une vue au fond de la cour.
Sinon,personnel de chambre très bien ainsi qu'à la réception.
Au petit déjeuner un peu moins bien.
Si je devais revenir à La Spezia,je choisirai probablement un autre hôtel.

Bonne adresse
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait en plein centre et à deux pas de l'embarcadère. Bon accueil. Petit déjeuner très correct avec du choix. Nous avons bénéficié d'une place de parking gratuite devant l'hôtel. La literie était très confortable.

Cons:

La douche est très petite moins d'un mètre carré. Cela peut être ennuyeux pour des personnes imposantes. Pas très insonorisé.

Clean, the good location - we walked by foot till the train station. The staff was very nice.

Esta ubicado serca a la estación tren , serca a Buenos restautantes , las habitaciones comodas , excelente atención en recepción siempre dispuestas a resolver dudas y dar recomendaciones.
