Regretful. Waste time & money
Pros:

The exterior design is unique, but it also significantly obstructs the view from inside.

Cons:

Not recommended. Apart from the price, this hotel has nothing that feels like Luxury. The room hardware is cheap (synthetic wood, loose lamps, noisy and malfunctioning AC, sewer smell in bathroom), and the amenities and coffee/tea are only four-star level. Breakfast has very few options; by 9:30 several items were already unavailable, pastries were not fresh, and a winery hotel surprisingly serves no wine at breakfast. The spa water temperature is too low, and the steam room was still not on in the afternoon. Service is cold; the housekeeping cart was parked outside my door for three consecutive days. After complaining, the general manager blamed the architect and showed no self-reflection. Overall value for money is extremely poor.

Remarkable Hotel
Pros:

Truly enjoyable stay. Room was really nice. We had a Room with a Terrace which was extremely large. We spent our late afternoons there sipping wine. The hotel is literally a piece of art. Needs to be seen to be believed. The staff were exceptional, meeting our every need. Hope to go back again. It was a treat

Un hotel Iconico por su arquitectura, excelentes instalaciones y el servicio es impecable. Las vistas de la region son espectaculares.

Cons:

Considero que la atención y explicación del tour por la bodega, la pueden realizar explicando mas pausado, ya que el guía que nos toco hablaba demasiado rápido, un monologo estudiado, pero difícil entender por la velocidad en la que habla. La atención no se compara por ejemplo con la recibida en la bodega de Ysios.

Great Hotel
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The room was large and well appointed. The staff was terrific - friendly, attentive, and helpful. This was a perfect base for exploring Rioja.
