Our hotel has a plunge pool, "Sa Petita", open only in high season. To guarantee the privacy and exclusivity of our guests, it must be booked in advance, we do not accept reservations prior to arrival at the hotel, you can tell us your preferred days and times when you check in! To ensure that all our guests can enjoy our swimming pool, the maximum time per room per day is one hour. However, this period may be extended depending on availability.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The location is good but we got given a room in the basement, but I guess that is just being unlucky, the bar / breakfast was closed when we went there
The staff gave us a reimbursement if €150 cash cause the bar was closed, someone stole the cash (clearly someone working within the hotel) and the reception managed to get a stranger the key to our room! We left and they never replied to our emails. Really poor service

Great location - central to town. Room itself was comfortable and clean.
We booked this property for the parking as we had a hire car. We tried to use the car park but the staff would not let us use the parking as our car was too large. We had a medium SUV - it was not large at all. This needs to be advertised as “private parking” indicates all cars can be parked there. There are no elevators which is painful with heavy bags.

Solo la ubicacion. Me dieron una habitacion con colchon super gastado y en subsuelo. El hotel mas caro del centro. Me ofrecieron otra mejor.
Que no tuviera ascensor, que haya pagado por la comodidad del desayuno incluido, llegara y me reintegraran 15 euros dado que no contaban con ese servicio. Lo elegi ademas por el desayuno
Room was comfortable! Good shower. Breakfast was good but on the last day the staff went on a strike and didn’t serve breakfast. We had our money back for that breakfast.
Staff were loud at breakfast time, particularly on the second morning. The one ahead of the strike. They were having discussions across the room. It didn’t make it feel peaceful…

Qué aclaren q la pileta es chica y con 4 reposeras; es por turno. Igualmente el lugar de la pileta es chico pero excelente y conseguimos turno siempre.
