Für mich günstige Lage zwischen Bahnhof und Innenstadt.

Cons:

Schmutziger, fleckiger Teppichboden.
Verstopfter Waschbeckenabfluss.
Undichter Wasserhahn am Waschbecken.
Keine Klimaanlage, aber defekte Fenstergriffe. - deshalb waren die Fenster waren nur ganz zu öffnen und nicht kippbar.
Die Bilder vom Hotel auf booking.com machten einen besseren Eindruck als das Hotel vor Ort.

Für den Preis in Ordnung, Hotel hat die besten Zeiten hinter sich
Pros:

Lage gut, Altstadt, Öffis schnell erreichbar, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es waren wegen der Hitze Ventilatoren zur Verfügung gestellt.

Cons:

Die Zimmerausstattung ist eigentlich wertig, wird nur leider weder pfleglich behandelt, noch besonders geputzt, vieles ist abgeschlagen, kaputt, abgewohnt.
Es stand ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer, der innen stark gestunken hat, auf dem Balkon eine angebrochene Getränkeflasche und viel Taubenkot.

Bed bugs, broken windows and poor customer service.

Cons:

We found a bed bug on my daughter in the morning. We are both covered in bites. One of the large windows was hanging off its hinges. Communication was very poor. We asked for a fourth bed for our 10 year old on booking the room many months ago but didn't receive a reply. On arrival we asked again and we had three knocks on our room. One trying to deliver a cot, one delivering a bed with no bedding and a third at after 9pm when our children were asleep, trying to deliver another unneeded bed. On this occasion the person knocked briefly and then immediately tried to open the door and enter even though we were all in bed. Staff seemed dismissive and sometimes just talked to us from inside their office whilst carrying on with their lunch, rather than walking up to the reception desk. The hotel felt tired and scruffy.

Leider war es sehr heiß im Zimmer, da das Hotel über keine Klimaanlage verfügt. Das Frühstückstbuffet war leider nicht sehr einladend (auf den wenigen Scheiben Wurst und Käse saßen Fliegen).

Für ein bis zwei Nächte um Karlsruhe zu erkunden oder so wie wir nach dem Urlaub auf der Rückreise einen kurzen Halt zu

Parkhaus 15.00€ für eine Nacht. Siehe Foto. Für ungeübte Fahrer eine Zumutung !
Tassen und Tee aber kein Wasserkocher. Beim Duschen spritzt das Wasser bis in den Flur. Klimaanlage ist Ventilator. Tauben sorgen für eine unentspannte Nacht.
