Basic but comfortable & great location
Pros:

Great location. Beautiful gardens. Like a peaceful oasis after returning from the bustle of the beach. No food served on the premises but very convenient for lots of local diners and restaurants.

Cons:

The first room we were given had a broken toilet seat and the door to the balcony didn't lock. It faced the back & felt unsafe. We were given a different room very quickly and the stay was great from then on.
